Shocking service! When my young kids asked their staff for the code to the toilet, their staff point blank refused unless the kids bought something! When I then showed them proof I’d loyally shopped at a Starbucks several times over the last week and that I’d be buying a coffee later today, they still refused! If this is meant to the turnaround in service to desperately lure back customers, they’re doomed.

After ordering a drink we were told that both restrooms were out of order.
I have been in this location many times and I know for a fact that they have two functioning restrooms.
Shame on you to lie about it and shame on you if you are running a business without a restroom.

I want to thank the employee there that took my order, I ordered two White Chocolate Latte one to stay and the other to go, she cleaned my coffee mug I purchased and added the other White Chocolate Latte I appreciate that thank you 😊 🫶🏻

Just ate at this place with the kids, and were given an attitude later when asked to use the restroom. We were told that the restroom is only for the customers (and we were there for half an hour eating) and that the employee doesn’t know the bathroom code. I told him we just ate here and he started laughing. I haven’t been in DC in 7 years and I am in shock how rude people become in this city.

Mobile order placed for iced tea and a refresher. Waited 35 minutes for our order. Unfriendly staff. Inside looked nice but waited outside. Beautiful surroundings in the area.

Great food, baristas were fantastic. I also appreciated the system they had for orders. They categorize the drink and food by name so that it’s easy to find. The music was a bit loud at times but apart from that, a great location

We came in to get out of wind and cold. Ordered drinks and sat down to spend some time talking and sipping our beverages. The order wasn’t even finished yet when the woman behind the counter SCREAMED from the top of her lungs the Starbucks is closing in 5 mins. That would be nice to know before we placed the order. Not everyone wants a take out drink. Five minutes after that the male employee told us they are closed. And again the female yelled as loud as she could (there were 5 customers in the entire store) the store is closed. All this on Saturday at 430pm. Horrible experience. And please don’t robo-answer my review to contact you regarding my experience. Train your employees properly and fix those hours.

this starbucks made my day! It was one of my first times at Starbucks here in the U.S., and Quona was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to explain how things work (so different from Brazil!) and helped me choose the perfect drink.
