They are nice but they always open late which sucks so I guess ill have to find another location close by

I place a mobile order for the first time on the starbucks app. I went to pick it up at this store. I usually always come in to the store. But when arriving this morning to pick up my order , I noticed that whip cream was added to theorder I didn't select whip cream so I assumed they wouldn't put in there. But they did so I said hey I didnt ask for whip. Basically can I have my drink remade. They started to argue with me stating that I should have selected whip cream. Again this was my first time placing a mobile order. I stated that again and she kept saying rudely you should selected no whip cream. Aslo the other woman had an issue with remaking the drink.

This is disgusting whether or not a customer placed an order correctly they should not be treated rudely.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks across the country — I travel pretty often — but this one is the best I’ve ever been to. The service here is consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care. The drinks are always made right and taste great every time. I actually try to go out of my way to this Starbucks.

Very happy, friendly, and welcoming staff. Perfect Mocha Frappuccino. The only drawback is that there are only four seats.

The happiest Starbucks around! The staff is super welcoming, polite and will brighten your day! It is a small store and does not have a lot of place for you to enjoy your coffee, but the the stop to grab your coffee is totally worth it!

Every time I stop at this one without pre-ordering I regret it. Don’t do it unless you have 20-30 min waste.

Utilizing Mobile Order Pickup might be the smart play at this very busy location, especially in the mornings.

This Starbucks used to be a good Starbucks, but ever since they started hiring new people experience has gone down. The store is clean enough and pretty quiet. Food the food is good as always. But the service is terrible. The simplest easiest drinks they mess up. I'm not sure how do they manage it. Never coming back here again.
