Lobby of Hyatt Regency has Starbucks but not the food items or the ability to brew blonde roast! Just a block away and worth the walk! Seating inside and out with free WiFi. Not the biggest store, but a convenience nonetheless.

Staying at a hotel nearby where the whole hotel closed for a huge event. The breakfast restaurant was full at the hotel and we came here to grab something to eat. It's fast but it is right here. Food is okay. Though it does not compare with the restaurant food where the cook based on the order but considering the money spent and how fast we got our food, this is kind of okay.

Average downtown Starbucks. Lines can get long but service is reasonably fast and there’s an outdoor seating area.

No one greeted me for several minutes. Once they did I got a “ Whata want “ kinda thing. Order a grande pumpkin latte and got something that wasn't what I ordered. The label on the cup was correct. I guess that's a plus.

This place is run by unprofessional and rude people. They never ever get my order right and I have to wait over thirty minutes to get a simple coffee. They talk among themselves and laugh and ignore the customers. Many times they put regular milk instead of soy milk in my drink and I was sick for days. I have contacted the HQ who also haven't done anything. I am very disappointed in the HQ as well. I have been a customer for over 15 years and this is what I get. I will never go to this location again. The staff is not trained properly, and have no clue as to what customer service is all about.

Sun. 1 Sept. 2:50 PM. Terrible service. I ordered a cappuccino, but black coffee came instead. Staff person apologized and said my cappuccino would be out "shortly". It was not. Finally when I demanded either my money back or my cappuccino, it was finally delivered. Staff need re-training or they should be replaced. Where is the supervisor? Doubt I will come here again.
