Starbucks has always been my go-to place for both productivity and relaxation. Whether I’m working on assignments, reading, or just taking a break, the atmosphere always feels welcoming and consistent across locations. The gentle aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the warm lighting, and the subtle background music create a sense of calm that’s hard to find elsewhere.
The baristas here are usually friendly, attentive, and efficient — even during the morning rush hours, they handle long lines with professionalism and a smile. I especially appreciate how they remember regular customers’ names and preferred drinks. The service feels personal, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The store is also clean and well organized, with enough seating options for both solo visitors and small groups.
As for the drinks, Starbucks offers impressive consistency. Whether it’s a simple Americano, a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte, or a custom iced espresso with oat milk, the quality remains reliable. I also enjoy their food options, especially the breakfast sandwiches and cake pops, which are perfect for a quick bite.
Beyond coffee, Starbucks has become a small sanctuary — a place where people read, talk, think, and pause amid the chaos of daily life. It’s more than a coffee shop; it’s part of a comforting daily ritual.

Got my order wrong and my name as well ( which is fine ) but could of asked how to spell it. the barista lacks of communication… didn’t really talk that much or bothered to ask me how I wanted my order etc didnt bothered asking me questions if I wanted my order hot or a cold instead gave me a hot coffee which I Did not asked for… just Simply Bad communication.
Very nice. Even replaced a drink that was accidentally spilled on our part! 100%recommend!

LISTEN BRUTHER. YOURE NOT GONNA BELIEVE WHAT THEY GAVE ME AT THIS STARBUCKS. I GOT COFFEE. NO IM NOT KIDDING. REAL COFFEE. IT WAS INCREDIBLE TOO, LIKE IT WAS THEIR MAIN DRINK THEY SOLD. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE VIEWS WERE INCOMPREHENSIBLE. WE'RE TALKIN STREETS, CARS, THE POTOMAC RIVER, AND THE JEFFERSON MONUMENT. YEA YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. Anyways I would like to recommend you to there if you want coffee because this place is 🔥🔥🔥

The filthiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks. Clearly not a great staff.
Sat in here for hours on my computer. Great WiFi and even better coffee. It had friendly staff, a clean appearance, and did I mention the WiFi was great? Order the white chocolate mocha or you’re weird. I didn’t take any pics in there cuz you all know what a Starbucks looks like. If you don’t, go there and get a white chocolate mocha.

Baristas were playing around with each other while a long line of customers waited for their drinks. And they got my order wrong so I had to wait a second time.

I'm not a Starbucks fan but wanted a coffee in the area and thought Starbucks is pretty reliable. Big mistake. Service was awful. I ordered a muffin and hot coffee and I received a warm muffin (not requested) and a hot chocolate, after 20 minutes of waiting. The barista did switch the drink for a coffee quickly though. Then, the bathroom sink was blocked, and the bathroom itself was filthy. Not a good experience in any way, except that I was able to charge my phone!

I realize it was busy this weekend but it was dirtiest Starbucks. Trash everywhere, food on floor behind counter. Really out of control.
my girl at the counter put in everyone's drinks as Hot on an 80° day. the poor barista had to deal with everyone saying their drinks were wrong. personally, I ended up with a cup of lukewarm milk and ended up just walking to another Starbucks lol.
I have been coming to this Starbucks regularly because I work right next door, and I have never experienced such consistently poor customer service. The level of unprofessionalism, the street talk, and the attitude from the staff are shocking.
Even when I try to avoid direct interaction by placing mobile orders, the experience remains the same. Today, I encountered an almost hostile situation simply because I requested my drink to be remade after receiving the wrong milk—something I had paid for. I wasn’t asking for a free drink, just the correct one. Even the manager displayed an attitude instead of resolving the issue professionally.
Now, I even feel uncomfortable and worried every time I go in, wondering if my drink will be deliberately made incorrectly because of past interactions. No customer should have to feel this way.
This location is in desperate need of better management. The service here is unacceptable and truly disappointing.
