1 star review is for the owner that doesn’t want to staff his locations appropriately. You have 1 person making drinks and working the register at a busy time of day. I’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes for 1 coffee. Shame on you owner stop being cheap and staff this place properly. There is over 10 people in here waiting on orders.

Literally the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I usually use the mobile app option to order and not only does it usually take at least 20 minutes to receive my order after placing it, the order is usually incorrect to the point where I have to wait in line and get my order corrected with the cashier. Avoid this location at all costs, it’s not worth the headache.

Multiple times their coffee machine has been “broken”and not able to serve coffee. What is the point of a coffee shop then??? Convenient location but many times the lines are crazy depending on the time of day.

Bree has the very best customer service! I visit this location almost every day and she is always so helpful, kind, and has such a positive attitude. I understand how busy and overwhelming it can get, and it doesn’t seem to phase her. Thank you Bree!

Every time n i go into this location. The staff is rude, and they don't listen to you when your placing your order. You have repeat yourself few times before they hear you. Still they get your order wrong. These drinks cost way to much for them get your order wrong.

Came in for a cup of iced water and was told o had to make an additional purchase to get water. Where’s the consistency with the franchise??? I literally purchased water at a different location 3 days ago for $0.54 and another for free. Now I’m cool with purchasing the water. I’m not cool with having to make an additional purchase to get water.

Should have kept it closed. Drinks are never made correctly. One particular staff always makes my drinks wrong, she’s like 0/5 with me. I tired giving them a chance because the location is convenient, but I’d rather take the extra time to go to the one on H Street.

Whenever I go to this store, rest room is occupied. People do a lot of stuff inside restroom. After informed the supervisor seems did not care. Few of employees not even able to tell supervisor name. We need to see district manager contact at the entrance
