Order in person or online are the same, order by app today and I know have have to wait, that’s ok, the funny thing that from app it said ready and I’m so excited but still after 15mins later received a trashy drinks, so disappointed

I travel through Union Station at least once a wk. I travel for work but live in another state. I stopped by to try the new strawberry matcha frap on 8/21 at 4:20pm. There were just 3 ppl ahead of me. I waited nearly 20 mins but had to leave to catch a train. No associate tried to assist when I asked if I could cancel the drink. I called the manager and was told to contact Starbucks customer service. I was not able to receive a refund because I didn't use my app to pay for the drink. I wasn’t given a receipt. My bank record could not be used as proof. I am so disappointed to say this was by far my worst Starbucks experience. As a 25 year customer, I won’t be stopping by this location ever again.

It’s always crazy in the mornings but the people who work here are always great. No matter how busy it gets they’re always friendly and nice.

Worst Starbucks workers together . One bagel takes 25 minutes all they do is talk to each other . Wowwww crazy . If they are in any other state fired already since day one .

Lousy service, the staff is very rude and unprofessional, they treat customers badly and make fun of them. I have seen many complaints about the same barista, I hope she learns a little more about customer service.

Staff is great! My drink spilled because my bag unexpectedly hooked their cabinet. It was my fault. Staff remade my drink immediately, even though the lobby was full, without hesitation. No frowns, just great service! Thanks!

This is the most horrible Starbucks I have ever visited, the staff are very unprofessional and rude, the girls who attended to me took 10-15 minutes just to get a simple cheese Danish order taken, and later after 5 mins come back to tell me rudely that they are out of stock. She had a pink braid, they almost made me miss my train. Never again with them. This is so pathetic
The first person I noticed was Arie with her ready to work energy. She wanted a smooth and positive flow with her incoming customers going above and beyond. I pray much success and an overflow of positive energy for Arie and the Starbucks faculty. May Arie continue on that path to development.

Today , we had an experience that was both welcoming and educating at the same time . It is important to know that this is a busy location so as Arie said “Please have your APP UP and READY , when you come to her line !! . “ As we were met with Arie, she was welcoming and nice and had great customer service . This is the morning experience that we love to see !! Great Job Arie !!!!!
