What a joy it was walking into this Starbucks! Bree gave me the best advice in ordering the iced matcha with strawberry cold foam. The barista made the drink perfectly. All of the staff was warm and welcoming!
Whoever runs this place, whoever does the hiring- needs a raise. Never in my life have I entered an establishment on a Monday morning and been greeted with so much warmth, love and joy. I didn’t even get anything. I had a meeting across the street and had some time to burn beforehand so I went in to get some work done. Staff is great! My drink spilled because my bag unexpectedly hooked their cabinet. It was my fault. Staff remade my drink immediately, even though the lobby was full, without hesitation. No frowns, just great service! Thanks!
