Came in for a cup of iced water and was told o had to make an additional purchase to get water. Where’s the consistency with the franchise??? I literally purchased water at a different location 3 days ago for $0.54 and another for free. Now I’m cool with purchasing the water. I’m not cool with having to make an additional purchase to get water.
I was staying in a hotel nearby and stopped by two days in a row for my morning coffee. First off, I have to say that the entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional and hardworking, so this feedback does not reflect on them at all. However, since this company is apparently struggling a lot lately, management/corporate might want to know that it is not great to prioritize mobile orders over in-person customers, making those of us in the store wait a solid 7+ minutes for...
