The staff here is rude and unkind. They act like you are bothering them by ordering. Easily the worst Starbucks personnel I have witnessed.

I popped in for a meeting and have to say this is a nice location and pleasant staff that did not disappoint. For my first Starbucks visit moving back in town, I was impressed.

For starter I’m a big fan of star bucks but today they really messed up. I got my mother in law a hot caramel macchiato with double caramel venti with a everything bagel. I’m not sure who made the drink but from the taste of the drink it was horrible nor did it have the extra or any caramel at all. I was very surprised to have a bad order because I never had an issue at this location. Maybe on a not rainy day it may be better.My order was 3 cake pops, everything bagel, medicine ball, venti ice caramel macchiato and a hot caramel macchiato. I think they were rushing until next time.

This Starbucks is located in the Pryz at CUA. This is THE WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff here always has a stank attitude, and no one can make a decent drink. Every time I come here my drink is made completely wrong.

By far the worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. The four ladies behind the counter were too busy talking loudly amongst themselves and eating and drinking instead of servicing the customers. None of them were wearing their masks properly and when I finally had a chance to order the service rep was very rude.
