I placed my order and I had to wait 10 minutes because all the online orders were being processed first. Whether this is a franchise or an actual corporate office, the greed of collecting the money first whereas a patron standing inside has to wait longer is terrible. There should be a dedicated person for online orders, and the staff need to tend to physical patrons standing right there for their orders. I will never go back again.

Starbucks across the street from Catholic University is super convenient for students, especially since they’re open every day from 5:30 AM to 7 PM. The large seating area is great if you're between classes or need to get some work done—there’s plenty of space to spread out.
This location is usually pretty busy, and I’ve had a few instances where my advanced mobile order wasn’t ready when I arrived. The staff says it’s because drinks sometimes get stolen if left out, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, the staff is helpful, though they don’t always go out of their way. The drinks themselves are fairly consistent, just like at any other Starbucks, so you know what to expect there.
