Larger than most, and really nice location. However IT IS NOT A -RESERVE- Starbucks any longer. Staff super friendly.

Cool Starbucks. If you're driving have someone wait in the car bc the ticket police are always on the prowl.Vegetarian options: They have egg bites and other pastries. Sandwiches just ask for them to remove the meat.
Staff is always friendly and my drinks are always delicious.

Note to Starbucks: take Reserve out the name if you're not a Reserve anymore. It's been months. At least they still have pour over and clover brewing options.

Great, friendly staff, but so sad they took out the Reserve blends and it's now just a regular

Drove from Mitchellville, MD for a Gingerbread latte because none of Starbucks near me still have the syrup.

Best Starbucks to visit for coffee and bakery. They make your drinks to perfection. Bakery is always fresh. Nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff.
I asked for a mug/for here cup and they gave me a disposable one. Stop wasting disposable cups Starbucks!

This Starbucks on Michigan Ave NE in DC had a pleasant staff working this morning. The only issue was the guda sandwiches were kind of old & when cooked had a tough bun when eaten. Other than that the food is, most of the time, decent there even though you cannot really customize the food with different toppings/items because it all is frozen (& everyone knows this who is an avid patron of Starbucks -- & overpriced). But you get fast service most of the time & I really go there for their coffees & lattes from a qualified, trained Bautista.Parking: THIS IS A VERY BUSY street on the WEEKDAYS!YOU MUST USE the ParkMobile (or other) DC parking app. The time-limit signs, are usually 2-hours. There is no paying on Sundays, but there IS ON SATURDAYS, usually.Wheelchair accessibility: This Starbucks is on a "Y" -shaped intersection. The entrance is off Michigan Ave NE, in Washington, DC. There is parking in front of the store's entrance but there is a bike lane then a curb before the sidewalk & then the entrance. To access a wheelchair ramp you must go to the intersection & use the ramp there...

The staff and products are great, but this Starbucks is tremendously understaffed. Even an espresso takes 10 minutes at least.
