Why? There are whole coffee beans floating in my drink. At first I thought it was just the color of the coffee reflecting in the ice. Nope. Whole coffee beans! Ugh….

I enjoy coming here for coffee and to read, but there’s one thing that really affects the experience. The customer service is fine nothing exceptional.
The issue is that starting in the afternoon, the staff closes off one entire side of the store, stacks the chairs and tables, and begins cleaning and once it’s closed, it stays closed for the rest of the day, even though the store remains open until 8 PM. This leaves all customers crowded into the front section, where there are very few power outlets. I’m not sure if this is a policy from management or a decision made by the staff, but it feels inconvenient for customers. If you try to sit in the closed section, you’re simply told “it’s closed.”
If I’m paying for my drink, I should be able to sit anywhere I want until closing time. Why even keep the store “open” if you’re going to block off half the seating and make customers sit packed together? It’s ridiculous.

The drinks are great. Which may be the only thing they do well. The atmosphere is that of a high school. You have maybe one mature adult in the entire store. Mad I wasted on a tip on such nonsense. Asked me for my name just to yell out “Aye your frappe is ready”. Where’s the professional? It’s very, very lacking.

The store is supposed to close at 8:30pm, we came for a coffee at 8:20pm, we asked to used the bathroom but the store manager (the most unprofessional, rude woman) said ‘it is closed’ we explain that store closed at 8:30pm but she insisted that bathroom closed early and said ‘if you don’t like return your coffee and I give you money back’ 😡. Also only give us the option to buy black regular coffee because all machines were closed.

I don’t visit Starbucks often but I decided to treat myself twice in the last two months. Both times I must say were out of this world. The caramel macchiato that I have grown to love over the years exceeded my every expectation. Also I was greeted immediately both times even though they were extremely busy. Cudos to the staff here. Keep up the good work, as someone who works in customer service, it does not go unnoticed!!

I don’t stop by this Starbucks often, but today I was craving a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino on my way home, so I decided to order ahead via the app. When I arrived, my drink was ready and waiting, which was great! The store has a large seating area, making it a good spot if you're looking for a place to work remotely. The staff were friendly and pleasant to interact with, and the store was clean and well-kept. The pastries looked great but I tried to stay away from them. Prices were consistent with any other Starbucks location, and they had a small but solid selection of Starbucks-branded merchandise available for purchase. Overall, a solid experience!

Extremely slow. Took 15 min to make one latte. Either order 20 min in advance or go somewhere else.

The manager and staff were quite rude in refusing restroom service while they were having a comfy staff meeting. For a coffee shop this has to be the most egregious example of entitlement I have ever encountered and such a stupid move on behalf of the manager. Corporate, handle your business.
