I’ve dined in and done carry out midday and mornings . I’ve always had phenomenal service here and staff is very nice. There is always a hello and congenial staff here . The environment and vibe are always nice and relaxed. The food and beverages are always fresh and made as they should be. An if it’s something that you want added the staff explains the drinks and what’s needed or suggests what maybe a good addition .
Great service, and atmosphere. However, prices are still ridiculous.

The worst Customer service
One of the young dude he has attitude for all customers and He Add up price by him self . I prefer other Starbucks places. And also They closed earlier than what they said on their website.
A WORKER NAMED ARTHUR WAS PHENOMENAL!!! Very Professional !!! VERY THANKFUL OF HIS SERVICE !!

If there was a zero star I would use it!! Terrible customer service. I ordered two small mocha frap and said quickly before paying to change it to medium the look he gave me and the way he threw the small comes. I didn’t care at first but when he gave em to he put a smoothie cap on it making it hard for me to put the straw. He threw the straw at me- small white ones at that. I couldn’t say anything since he left for another customer. I came to drink it but the straw is too small for the ICE!!! I had to wait until it melted to drink! I couldn’t go back since I was already driving but horrible customer. I have been too a lot of Starbucks cafes but never experienced anything like this!
Ordered a iced white chocolate mocha with oatmilk. First of all the bartender was looking through his phone while taking my order, when I received my drink it was hot, as mentioned I ordered it iced, didn't add oat milk and added either regular whole milk or 2% milk and I still was charged extra for it. I was going to return it but I felt bad since there was a line and I felt like people were gonna like stare at me and say (whats this lady doing?!) so I just took it home.

Coffee was perfect and the young lady that was working in there all by herself was awesome! My drink didn't even last 10 mins....new record :)

It's in a Safeway, but the coffee is always A1 and I have never had a bad customer service experience.

Waited entirely too long for service with no one at the counter. the staff is unprofessional and have poor customer service. The quality of drink is hit or miss.

This Starbucks has the worst service of any that I’ve ever visited. As others have said, expect to wait a long time before anyone gets to you, even if no other customers are in front of you. I’ve walked in to find no employees anywhere. I’ve also had to wait for service while employees gossiped with their friends, and again, I was the only person in line. They frequently run out of items, as well. I suppose I shouldn’t expect much from a Starbucks inside a grocery store.
