The cashier was not paying attention to what I order and my Frappuccino was too ice and was not sweet or couldn't taste the extra espresso in it and I ask him to poured into a venti cup and extra caramel drizzle and it did not happen I was frustrated to ask him to do it for the second time so disappointed.

Employee at this place are not professional and very disrespectful against some customers. I myself experienced this actions multiple times trying to grab my coffee earlier the mornings. They don’t say hi to some people, like me and play and chat with others clarifying that they are not impartial to people. They’re most of the time on their phone and give no attention to some, the upper mentioned people of my type. Coffee and lattes taste different than other places but in fact All Starbucks products supposedly expected to be and taste similar all over the locations.

The cashier/barista tarkiasha was rude from the moment I got in line (walked in with one person in front and she was give her a hard time as well). I greeted her but wasn’t acknowledged so I just placed my order. While waiting she passed my drinks to me by placing them at the far end of the counter and walking off. I understand bad days do happen but giving off such negative energy isn’t professional. Won’t come back to this location and I hope she gets more training when it comes to dealing with customer

It is the second time that they give me my order wrong. I mean, how can it be so difficult to make an ice caramel coffee? The first time they gave me milk and iced coffee but not caramel, and today they only gave me iced coffee without caramel and without milk.and it is not the first time that the barista is very rude.

Made an order on Sunday morning between 845 am and 9 am. The coffee drink I ordered seem to make the cashier upset because it was the strongest blonde roast I have ever had. So sorry I stopped here. So sorry this young lady had to work today. Not my fault maybe she should have told me she didn't have any today.

This 5 star review is for the Assistant Store Director only.I work as an EMT in DC. This morning my partner and I went into see if this location was honoring the discounted cup of coffee for first responders. The barista who was there was very rude, rolled her eyes, and was short with not only my partner and I, but with the customers in front of us. She very rudely told my partner the discount ended the 30th and they would not honor a cup of coffee. My partner and I then walked out and got chased down by the Safeway Assistant Store Director who asked what had happened and why we left. We explained we thought the discount was still going on since we had recently gotten a cup of coffee a couple days prior at another location. The Assistant Director then urged us to please come back in and he would offer the deal as he had not received any memo regarding discontinuing the discount. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name, but I thank you sir for displaying such great customer service. My partner and I appreciate the cup of coffee this morning as it is already starting off a busy day.To the Barista who was rude, rolling her eyes, complaining through every step of pouring iced coffee into a cup for my partner and I... I think if you want to stay in the customer service industy, you should review your company values and learn how to at least act politely.-Your local EMT and former Starbucks Barista
