My daughter and I would like more stores like this Starbucks that is dedicated to deaf and mute culture.

The baristas were great. Everyone was friendly and understanding as we practiced our ASL. My pistachio cream cold brew was on point!

Our visit here was truly impactful! Not only did it give us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in deaf culture, but it also allowed us to practice our ASL & teach our kids another layer of inclusion and its importance. We had a great experience. The baristas were patient, kind, and supportive - and Starbucks coffee is always great.

This was the most awesome Starbucks I had ever been to, I think they are all Galludette students, and they are doing a great job in this location. Everyone was super nice and patient. They gave me a tablet to write down my order. They are so gracious. Thank you everyone their made my day!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchairs welcome

My favorite location! American sign language used everywhere and boards for hearing people to write on to order if they don't know sign. The staff is extremely friendly even when it's super busy. I love this place.

So I don't conflate the two I recognize that this location is "the deaf location" the Customer service is great but the time and efficiency is horrible. I don't understand why I sit here for almost 15 minutes to receive a drink and there is always at least 5 people working. I hope the manager reads this and works on time and efficiency at this location.

I love this Starbucks but there's been quite a few times that I've gone here and my drink taste different. I get the same thing everytime so I've gotten accustomed to how it taste when someone actually puts the correct amount of ingredients. It's a bit irritating if I buy tea and then have to come home and fix it because that defeats the purpose of me purchasing it already made. I would love to continue coming to this Starbucks because I love the staff but not if my order can't be consistent.

Very welcoming environment for someone who is just learning ASL! It’s always a pleasure to come here!

Silent except for the Mastrena machine… very adept crew, 100% deaf. A joy to see and be part of.

All worker know sign language. Easy for me to order and wait on them when they called my name. Love it

I recognize how busy this Starbucks is busy and I order well ahead of time via the app. Despite this, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes from my ordering to get my one item without fail.
