Very nice place to take a break on JBAB.I am not a coffee fan. I have friends and family members that are, very much, coffee fans. That means that they like Starbucks. So I have been to many Starbucks over the years. I wanted to put that in context before I said this. This is a very nice Starbucks! It is located on the north side of the parking lot from the Exchange on Joint Base Alexandria Bolling. It is a corner store and has large windows along the front of the store. The inside of the store has limited seating options. It has a tile floor and a slatted wood counter There is a single large tall table in the center and some seats along 2 walls to the left as you enter. The store was very inviting and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The counter is located straight ahead as you enter. The menu is behind the counter and they had a good selection of food and drinks that you would expect at these stores. You order at one end of the counter and pay and your drinks are delivered at the other end. I got an iced tea and was pleased with the results. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to travelers in the area both as a respite from a busy travel day or just a place to get a good relaxing drink. Enjoy!

The staff is always working hard to meet the demands of the military personnel, and it's certainly appreciated. Especially those busy mornings! On the buisiest morning, my drink still comes out ready in a timely manner. They always have drinks made quickly and efficiently. The service is always nice and I never have any problems. The establishment is always clean and the WiFi is nice.

I been today at Wednesday 8 February at early morning so the two lady at cashier and the one make the food they been really nice but the make coffee she wasn't nice at all and she doesn't make good coffee ...so I pay 8.25 dollars for a nasty coffee when the other day the guy he made it really good ....and she didn't use dark caramel even I pay it ....

First let me say, I frequent this Starbucks at least weekly for drinks and food. Also, I have traveled the world and probably been to over 100+ Starbucks. This is hands down the best. Always clean, friendly, quick, and accurate. My drink is alway done before my sandwich is done heating up. They take your order while you’re still in line so by the time you pay, you have a drink or snack in hand. The staff even when busy, always greets you and does their best to make your experience great. I look forward to my visits and will continue to visit this Starbucks. Give them a raise and acknowledge their hard work, they are making you money. There is a Starbucks 1 min from my house and I refuse to go their because the staff is rude and slow. This is the example of how to do every right in order to keep business.
