this review is for the other starbucks by the hotel.it doesn’t show on google.the guy that served me was friendly and upbeat.not often do you interact with someone who is genuinely happy to be at their job and makes the best of the day.the layout of really nice and clean and spacious enough that you’re not squashed next to strangers.will def return every time i go to G-Town University.

One of the worst Starbucks. No. 1 Cannot redeem my stars at this location for some strange reason. No. 2. There are a lot of staff working there but only one gentleman is friendly towards the customers. My star goes to him. Others are not so friendly. No. 3. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich is ice cold inside. they remade it but the cheese was burned. It tastes like stone. I have never encountered this at other locations.

The lady who took my order was very nice, but the coffee tastes terrible. I have had caramel brûlée lattes before and this tastes nothing like that.

Every single time I ordered an ice greentea latte it turned out to be a regular latte instead. And every time was a sorry and said that they did not have greentea. Please work better in communication between baristas and also with customers. I cannot drink coffee and the regular latte cannot help my stomach. Please check before taking the order!

Although hours posted indicate open at 0700, manager overslept and can't locate her "stuff" so they are unable to open the store.

Even for a college Starbucks, which sets the bar low, they are bad at their jobs.
Loved being able to get a quick cup of Joe in Georgetown while exploring the city. Baristas were so nice.
Great Cream Caramel Frappuchino and Strawberries and cream Frappuchino. Rocky road from the sweet menu.
