this review is for the other starbucks by the hotel.it doesn’t show on google.the guy that served me was friendly and upbeat.not often do you interact with someone who is genuinely happy to be at their job and makes the best of the day.the layout of really nice and clean and spacious enough that you’re not squashed next to strangers.will def return every time i go to G-Town University.

Every time I come here my drink just tastes like I'm drinking warm milk. I don't know if they aren't measuring the espresso right or adding too much milk but it never tastes right. They also either put too much vanilla or none at all never the correct amount.

One of the worst Starbucks. No. 1 Cannot redeem my stars at this location for some strange reason. No. 2. There are a lot of staff working there but only one gentleman is friendly towards the customers. My star goes to him. Others are not so friendly. No. 3. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich is ice cold inside. they remade it but the cheese was burned. It tastes like stone. I have never encountered this at other locations.

If you pay by card, please check your statement. They will defraud you and add a bogus amount as a tip that you didn't authorize. I bought one small coffee and when i look at my credit card statement, it shows a charge of $10.50Extremely corrupt workers and management

My experience at the Starbucks in the Leavey Center at Georgetown University was the most horrible, nasty, and bitter one I have ever had. I ordered a croissant and an americano. The coffee was too dark , so I asked for more half and half. The barista practically shouted at me, saying that I kept on coming back for more cream as to refill the cup. I do not even understand how can someone working at Starbucks can say things like that. Do not go there. There are other excellent coffee shops at Georgetown University: inside the Bookstore, in the ICC building and on the 2nd floor in the library. Save yourself an awful experience. DO NOT GO THERE.

Every single time I ordered an ice greentea latte it turned out to be a regular latte instead. And every time was a sorry and said that they did not have greentea. Please work better in communication between baristas and also with customers. I cannot drink coffee and the regular latte cannot help my stomach. Please check before taking the order!

Although hours posted indicate open at 0700, manager overslept and can't locate her "stuff" so they are unable to open the store.
Unprofessional some of the employees are rude drink was made incorrectly twice, refunded with no effort to correct the issue.
I am not a fan but was hungry. Ordered a bacon egg sandwich. Pre-cooked. Average. Was not spending $4.25 for a cup of Tea.
