This Starbucks usually gets it right, but today they didn’t, and now I’m paying for it. I’m very sensitive to dairy. I ordered a drink with non-dairy sweet cream, and it was even printed correctly on the cup. But whoever made it clearly used regular dairy. I didn’t realize until after I finished it. Now I’m sick and in pain.

I love the drive thru customer service, extra bubbly and friendly, which is necessary on a early a.m... Drinks are always awesome. Greatly appreciate the consistency.

This particular Starbucks is rare. 2 day in a row the coffee machines were broken. No fruit and cheese platter (2 days in a row). But, they were polite as I left empty handed.

My experience at this Starbucks is always a hit and miss. The male employees are usually very pleasant. However, the woman can be very Catty, Combative, and Rude. As if you didn’t just pay for your order.
The attitudes are very dismissive. I am standing here waiting for my mobile order that was supposed be ready at 9:46 am. The young lady got upset when I kindly inquired about my order. I wanted to assure that my order was received.
Some of the employees don’t have names on their name tags. The young lady had a “M” as her name with dread locs (possibly faux locs). She also made slick comments saying “Hunhhhhh… No Funny” while speaking rude mutters under her breath, but loud enough for her colleagues to hear. Followed by chuckles from those same female colleagues.
Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I guess that’s what to expect in this area. Which is sad.
