Literally the worst Starbucks in the area. If it wasn't for the drive through option I would rather go to the MLK store ( lack of parking causes me to have to go to this location) The wait times are ridiculous long. The workers seem to be in there gossiping and doing everything else but focusing on making drinks quickly and accurately. I literally sat at the window after payment for an extra 7 minutes while my drink was sitting next to the register while the cashier walked around and took other orders as if multi tasking isn't a working trait for her. In all this place gets the volume of customers it gets due to convenience!

My experience at this Starbucks is always a hit and miss. The male employees are usually very pleasant. However, the Woman can be very Catty, Combative, and Rude. As if you didn’t just pay for your order.The attitudes are very dismissive. I am standing here waiting for an Mobile order that was supposed be ready at 9:46 am. The young lady got upset when I inquired about your order. They don’t have names on their shirts. The young lady had a “M” on her name tag, with dread locs. She also made slick comments saying “Hunhhhhh… No Funny” to her colleagues. As the other female colleagues laughed.Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I guess that’s what to expect in this area.

I have been here twice so far and both times I've been impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order. Once I went through the drive through and the staff was very friendly and polite. The speed by which my order was ready was impressive. Glad to have this Starbucks nearby

There's is no drive thru in Safeway. This location needs to be updated. The Safeway Starbucks branch that girl has no customer service and would prefer to step off to the side and talk.The new Starbucks across the street is way better with a drive thru!
