The ladies that work at the Starbucks are the worst hands down and they are consistent with being nasty. Always have a attitude I told the lady the drink taste burnt she filliped out and said how is that possible I handed her the drink and said have a nice day. I told the store manger twice nothing has happened.

Saying the service is terrible would be far too kind. Staff is rude and clearly very poorly trained. Drinks are made haphazardly and usually incorrect. If it wasn’t for having a free drink on my birthday, I definitely would not go here regularly.

The lady at the desk has an attitude problem. When I asked for coffee, she gave me an attitude about not asking her how her day was. So if you want coffee at this Starbucks you better ask the rude woman about her day. Amazing that this person still has a job.

I asked for a London Fog, and the employee told me she didn't think they make those anymore. (It's a prefilled option on the mobile app.) I said, "Oh, it's just Earl Grey, steamed milk, and vanilla syrup." And she replied, "Yeah, we can't make that."

On July 8th 2022 time 7:10 pm I went to purchase a drink and stood in line for 10 to 15 minutes I was the only one in line I was looking at the young girl on the opposite side of the counter she wasn't where she should be hold time she was talking to her little boyfriend I believe that he was I just stood there to see how long that she was going to be in his face then he noticed me she came over taking her time smiling like everything was good didn't even was her hand and told me that the blender was booked now come on why would STARBUCKS HAVE ON BLENDER?TRUTH IS I WOULDN'T HAVE PURCHASE ANYTHING FOR THAT GIRL SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY REALLY NEED TO GET SOME TO TAKE HER PLACE BECAUSE SOME OF THESES YOUNG PEOPLE DON'T REALLY RESPECT THERE JOB .I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE ..
You guys have to fired the dark guy you have in there working right now I asked him for 3 American coffee 24s and 24 creams and a caramel ribbon large he charge for the large and give me the small and them didn't give me the sugar not even the cream and keep the 80 cents at the end I told him I said large coffee he got mad and left. I waited for him 15 min inside of the store and he wasn't there and now i went to the store and ask him for the cream and the sugar and he didn't want to give me a cup of cream just because they can't give cups... I was buying in the store and he didn't give me the things right

If I could give zero stars, I would. Service is horrible, not consistent with Starbucks standalone shops. I absolutely hate when I search for a Starbucks coffee shop and end up in a Safeway or Target etc. customer service is not what is expected. Don’t buy here!!!!
