I love some starsbucks. Im not a coffee drinker but I love the medicine ball or the strawberry acai refresher. My go to snack is the lemon pound cake or the birthday cake pop. Speedy and fast service. Glad they double layered my cup.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered in terms of employee attitude, competence, and responsiveness. Literally resentful of being asked to do their job. Apparently it’s a big favor to make a $7 cup of coffee at lunchtime. I’ve never received so much pushback just for ordering a cup of coffee! Next time I’ll get a better attitude from a McDonald’s employee for around $1/cup.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time, expecting a quick pick-up. Unfortunately, after waiting over 15 minutes, my drink still wasn’t ready and I had to leave without it due to time constraints. Staff seemed overwhelmed or short-handed, and while I understand things get busy, a little communication would’ve gone a long way. I wasn’t acknowledged or updated at any point. Hopefully, this was just an off day—but it made for a frustrating experience

Its pretty sad when you can't get what you ordered due the barista (Daveta) being on the phone, (and/or gaming) while on the clock. My drink order came out wrong, but I didn't have the patience to reorder... There is ALWAYS an issue going to the Starbucks in Harris Teeter on M Street near the Navy Yard. Please correct the behavior at this location and provide the Starbuck experience we all deserve.

The food was great!!!! Starbucks has an unbelievable small sized menu of food that just hits the spot every time. Then when you couple it with my detailed caramel Frappuccino lol it’s makes it PERFECT!!!

My experience at the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter on M Street SE in Navy Yard was absolutely dreadful. The staff here are rude, abrasive, and unprofessional. They consistently fail to make drinks correctly and seem to have no regard for basic customer service.
When I visited, their behavior was so appalling that two customers ahead of me walked out in frustration. The way they spoke to me was shockingly rude, and it was clear they had no interest in being helpful or polite.
I ended up taking my money back and going to a different Starbucks. This location desperately needs an overhaul. The staff need serious training on how to interact with customers. This Starbucks is a disgrace to the brand, and I won’t be returning until major changes are made. I’d give a zero if I could.

Nice cup ? of joe for on the go
The staff seems disgruntled. The take out is the worse I've seen. They never call names just sit food on the counter. If you're not gonna call names at least don't cover up the names so everyone isn't touching other people's cups. ?
