This starbacks is trash, the customer service is not friendly,very strange, this starbacks should not be here in a public like that.
The customer service is like very dangerous,and the food and coffee quality is very poor, coffee is always watery ,if ask the customer service they saying that is what it is we can not change the coffee quality,so come this starbacks is selling watery coffee to the community??

i asked for no ice but they gave me ice! had a person that was training so next time don’t train on me please. I had the pink drink and there were no strawberries!!! Horrible try a different location never going here ever again!!!!!😡😡😡

Complaint Regarding Disrespectful Behavior at Starbucks Location
I had an unpleasant experience at one of your locations as a regular customer who frequently orders online. During my recent visit, I asked an employee if I could use the bathroom. Without even looking at me, he said, “First buy something, then I’ll give you the bathroom password.” I explained that I had already placed an online order and just needed the code to use the restroom while I waited.
Even after my order was completed and I had waited more than five minutes, he still refused to provide the bathroom code until much later. His tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he told me his name was Anthony and claimed to be the manager.
As a loyal customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. I hope Starbucks holds its employees, especially managers, to a higher standard of customer service. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it will be addressed appropriately so future guests don’t have the same experience

Classic Starbucks. Good service. Polite staff. Only one restroom was available though, other one was out of service I guess.
Wow. I walked in with full intention of buying coffee and a meal, with a group of people mind you who were also BUYING your products, I politely asked where the restroom was- and was declined by a woman who told me it was “for customers only”… okay well I’d like to use the restroom, get my order, and then sit down. I wasn’t aware that this was unacceptable as a request without “first buying a coffee”. I’ll be getting food elsewhere and you lost a lifetime customer as well bc of your ignorant staff who thinks they have the authority to deny access to a restroom request from someone who AGAIN had FULL INTENTION OF BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS… seriously do better!

Wanted to grab coffee before work. The sign and website indicated that the store closed at 8:30 pm on Sunday's. I arrived at 8:04pm and the door was locked with employees still in the store. I had to drive to another location across town. Luckily that location closed at 9:00pm.
