Stopped into this Starbucks on Pennsylvania Ave and had a great experience. The staff was warm, upbeat, and efficient, even with a steady flow of customers. My drink came out fast and exactly how I ordered it, and the store was clean with plenty of seating to get a bit of work done. Really appreciated the overall vibe — welcoming, organized, and consistent. A solid spot if you’re in the area and need a good cup of coffee or a quick break during the day.

I went to this Starbucks with a friend to grab coffee, and we had the sweetest experience. The girl at the register was incredibly kind and attentive, and when we mentioned the music that was playing (Taylor Swift!), she surprised both of us by wrapping a friendship bracelet around our drinks. It was such a thoughtful little detail and honestly the best Starbucks experience we’ve ever had.
We ended up making a TikTok about it because it felt so special, and I’ve been recommending this location to everyone since. If you come here and you happen to find Florencia, ask her for a friendship bracelet — it absolutely made our day.
The overall vibe of the store was amazing too: the place felt organized, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The team was super friendly, and when they noticed we were Swifties, they were excited for us and even celebrated our new bracelet. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about creating a fun, memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The employees are wonderful. It is my favorite Starbucks in the country. I walked past a great Starbucks to get to this one. Unfortunately, there are repairs that need to be made, but the employees do not permit them to slow them down.
