The consistently excellent coffee at Starbucks always hits the spot, especially during my visit to Washington DC, where finding a cozy spot to enjoy a cup is a must. However, I believe it would enhance the experience even further if Starbucks provided more information about the talented artists behind the artwork displayed in each location. Delving into the stories behind the art pieces would add depth and intrigue to my coffee breaks, enriching both my caffeine fix and cultural exploration. I highly recommend incorporating more details about the artists and their creations to enrich the Starbucks experience for all patrons.

I ordered a refresher, a Frapucchino and a cake. Everything was okay with the cakes and the refresher, except that the employee didn't really listen and we had to say everything 5 times. The barista made my Frapucchino a total of 3 or 4 times because there was always something wrong and she threw it away In the end my Frapucchino was just milk and cream. I won't come again.

The coffee here is of course Starbucks standard. The atmosphere fairly nice. But the manager clueless as to customer service. Customer’s cipher lock restroom out of service but barista cipher lock restroom ok. But, even as my wife very much needed the restroom, the manager refused to give the cipher code or open on his own. Accordingly, the first and only time we will visit this store.
Beautiful interior (upstairs). A great place to sit and have coffee.

Spent 15 minutes waiting for 2 drinks with only 4 customers ahead of me, 1 behind me. There were 6 staff members but only 2 making drinks. After about 2 minutes, one of the couple making drinks stopped making them to wipe down bottles. This left 1 of 6 workers making 6 customer drink orders. The only employee making drinks was moving with the enthusiasm of an elderly slug.I audibly said “you only have one guy doing the orders out of six of you.” This prompted the workers to… well to do absolutely nothing and all watch the one worker slowly making drinks.This was the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I ran out of free time so I went outside and brought a homeless man back inside telling him to wait for my order and he could have it. It’s been about a week now since this experience and I’m not confident they even finished my drinks yet.

What a nice Starbucks. Busy at lunchtime when I was there but very organized and the staff seemed to know many customers. The nicest one I’ve been to. And what a lovely old building.Dietary restrictions: The coffee Frappuccino with sugar free vanilla syrup and no whipped cream is fine. It’s the ice I love.
