Starbucks in a great area with good seating, but customer service can be hit or miss. One customer had an issue with their order not being what they wanted, while another had a mishap with bleach staining their shirt. However, the manager was kind and gave them credit and a free drink to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, Starbucks seems to have some ups and downs, but they are willing to make things right for their customers.
