The baristas got our order wrong, also very unprofessional with their arguing back and forth with each other. The manager of the shift has to correct them often and force them to do their job.

It's 449pm and me and my daughter comes to this location at least 3 times a week to purchase a snack before getting on the commuter bus to head home after a long workday. Whoever make to there first will treat. But today we were asked by the obese uncomfortable looking lady if we were making a purchase. We was not the only people but it was non melanin folks in there as well but I guess my natural hair stood out. Before we board our bus, my daughter decided to go back in to get her receipt. We decided that we can wait until we get home. BTW we were not the only patrons sitting at the window. The camera should show

(To prefrance, i’m black) Was waiting for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. A group of white woman came in and were greeted/orders taken instantly. I felt feeling genuinely sad and with no order. never left a review before but that terrible experience justifies one.

Every time I go I have to lower my standards because I know there’s going to be something that will piss me off. One, the employees have the worst customer service. The employees will talk about their customers while the customer is still there. They have the worst tone that makes people afraid to even order. I don’t understand why they act like they don’t need a job. Also, they put your drinks and food together in the worst manner. They just threw the bacon in the bag, lol. Starbucks just needs to fire them all and hire new staff.

I had a very bad experience with this Starbucks I came in asked the status of my drink the person who was making drinks told me it wasn't ready very aggressively. I then waited for the drink when it was don't he slammed my drink down so hard the whip came out the said here it's ready sooo loud again very aggressively I asked another the chaser could she get the manger. I waited for 10 minutes she never came out the back. So I asked what's his name the person told me his name was Dom. I went back 2 days later asked for a business card the young lady gave it to so I emailed the store manger my complaint she never got back to me and that was over 5 days ago.

Just consistently and unnecessarily the rudest service, in addition to frequently getting the order wrong. So many better options in Navy Yard, we only go to this Starbucks anymore out of desperation when they’re the only place open first thing in the morning (which unfortunately for us their opening shift staff is definitely the worst of all the staff).

This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been, the personal was super rude, I felt so bad that I just left speechless, other customers that saw what happened they rushed to me out of the store to apologise for what Starbucks personal did, they felt really bad for the rudeness of this the lady’s at the store, I hope they change the people there and teach them the most basic manners, like the first thing you see a person is welcome them and hello.

Very unprofessional. They either are untrained or behave unfriendly deliberately. It’s like they agreed to act in such a way.

Besides, I have gotten multiple times coffee with a cream instead of the latte I ordered.

Please either change the whole stuff or close this branch. It’s a bad name for the giant Starbucks. It’s the fact.
