The hot coffee should be sold HOT. They make coffee in the morning and store it and served it the whole day. Sometimes, I drink coffee in the afternoon time and each time hot coffee from this Starbucks is literally cold. Not even warm. I am done anymore and will not coming again.

This has to be the worst Starbucks. They act like they can't follow simple directions. Every time i oder my drink I say light ice and every time I get my drink it packed to the top with ice. They always act like they have an attitude when I ask them to correct it. I ordered oatmeal from her a few time and I always have to have then correct my order because they fill the bowl up to the top with milk so much so that it is 3x the milk compared to the oatmeal. And again when asked to correct the order that I am paying for they act like they have an attitude

Service was ok but my drink was made terribly couldn’t even bare to drink it all will never return to this location and my drink was supposed to be ā€œicedā€ but very warm and tasteless not a good location

I rarely leave reviews and I try not to leave bad ones but this is the absolute worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been too. I had a terrible experience at this location a few months ago with an extremely rude barista ending with me just ordering another drink and never receiving my refund for the first and I swore I’d never go back, but as fate would have it today I left my coffee on the kitchen counter and our coffee machine at work is being replaced so I decided to give it another try. I ordered their most popular fall drink; Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte the only customization I put in on the app was that it be warm instead of the standard steamed hot. Can’t mess that up, right? Wrong. I just spent $7.43 on a steaming hot black coffee. More accurately, I just threw $7.43 in the trash.

Stopped by for a quick coffee break. Small, clean Starbucks. fast and efficient service. Not much for comfortable seating but still a great small spot with outdoor seating.

Starbucks is expensive and this one is very popular so it's not a great spot to hang out. However, the baristas her are so ON POINT and they are super nice - so much so that I felt I needed to write a review to give them a shout out.

Ordered a matcha latte with strawberry foam and oat milk. What I got instead was clumps of straight matcha powder and no strawberry foam. It was a mobile order so I’m not sure how it can be messed up this badly.
Way to go Starbucks.

So I'm not understand how you can constantly mess up mobile orders. I understand a rush in store and maybe moving a bit too fast, but messing up an order you have to confirm doesn't make sense to me.

Every time the order had been messed up. The most recent one being what was supposed to be a white peppermint mocha. This isn't even coffee. It's hot chocolate. My job doesn't always allow me to run off on a lunch break. So I was hoping that I could uber eats an order. The first two times I thought maybe a third time would fix it.

Unfortunately apparently it's a constant issue. I don't really want to keep going there and having them fixed.The thing that I paid for. So not only did I waste money, I have to take extra time out just to go and fix it.

This is not worth it.

I thought it was me until I read the reviews. Wish I would’ve done so before coming here multiple times. The women at this location are miserable and it shows. If you don’t like or love what you do, why not find another job? Instead of making complete strangers miserable. I’ve been coming here once every week or biweekly for a little over a month now and already looking for another location because I don’t want to start my mornings off at 5am with bad vibes. The men are okay but the women are a little rude. No one greets you when you walk in, they all seem so busy to speak, they don’t say hello or Good Morning back when YOU speak, and I have to stand in line and make noises before someone says ā€œhi, how can I help you?ā€ AND I’M THE ONLY ONE THERE! Not giving this location my hard earned money anymore. It’s in a good location, next to the metro, and other shops/restaurants, clean, but the people are kind of rude. That’s all I need to experience before I stop going to an establishment.

I'm not the most popular person, or even at all, but I've honestly never seen a group of women so disappointed to see me when I walked in. Granted it was 5am but I had been up for a bit and needed my fix ladies! Black coffee, simple, I tip, and I'll be out of your hair! ?
