The workers here are so incompetent and do not care about the customers. They are on their phones and chatting while there is a long line.

My coffee pot recently died do I decided until I replace it I'd pop into the nearby Starbucks in the dafeway for a grande medium roast black coffee. There were only 2 people in front of me and 3 people working so I figured this will be quick. Well the first customer got served and for about 8 minutes it was obvious this was a regular customer because all the batista chatted with him. Then one server was making a drink and the other server waited on the customer in front of me. She was bringing her drink back because it was not right. The young lady who I assumed was the manager told her she would fix it as soon as she washed her hands. So now it's my turn. But the server who was making a drink decided to help the manager redo the drink. In the meantime I'm still waiting to be at least acknowledged but not until the manager told her she didn't need help and to wait on me. When she finally came over to wait on me she was drinking the drink she had been making and talking on her phone. When she finally took my order she never put the phone down. I made a comment but she just put the phone in her picket but kept on talking. So my quick trip ended up being 20 mins.
So I gave it another try today and they had 4 people working and the service was worst. Seems they spend a lot of time redoing customers drinks and socializing. I know this is not a time for people to lose jobs but maybe they just need some customer service training or perhaps I just need to try a different Starbucks.

I walked 20 mins out of my way to get here since all other Starbucks in the area were closed, I reached at 7:35 pm and the barista straight up pointed at the guy ahead of me in line and said: “he’s gonna be my last customer.” The shop closes at 8 pm and he told me 25 mins before to leave because he just won’t serve me. The person working on 04/05/2025 was extremely rude!

My son and I visit the waterfront location inside of Safeway. The service was awesome A BiG Shout Out to Mercy (I hope I’m spelling your name correct.) She had such a beautiful soul she went above and beyond. I enjoy every bit of my experience. Great Customer Service!!! By the way she was the only one working and she was doing her. Blessing Queen !

The staff are always so pleasant and friendly no matter what time of day it is. The only downfall about this location is that it feels like a petting zoo with all the dogs that come in and out. I don’t understand why owners stand by the mobile pick up counter with their dog. Although this is one of my favorite locations I do not like eating my food inside being surrounded by 12 dogs. (Coming from a dog owner)

I had a bug in my drink today and I was throwing up at work. Called the store and they said sorry do you want your money back ? I had to hang up. I am beyond disgusted

Why am I being penalized because i dont want ice?? She has done this multiple times and its absurd. Insists on my cup being half full saying that the ice is apart of the drink. The latest foolery is her saying that I have to pay more if I want more base than lemonade CRAZY. I would gladly patronize my favorite location in Vienna, but I leave too early to head to work. This is the ONLY location where they tell you what you're getting. I will not be shopping here again. Been coming for 4 years.

I go there just for basics blonde roast , etc. The service is trash nothing is neverready I'm talking reg coffee It's a line and I waited with 1 person ahead of me who's order was already taken I waited 7 minutes b4 some1 took my order for a muffin Ijs that's the worst managed Starbucks ever

If your like to be patronized by low vocabulary, bad attitude, your concerns don't matter to me, let me carry on with my loud conversation and get your oder incorrect service.Than this starbucks is for you. This location needs to wClean house from the top down.Employee some happy faces, and positive energy to make this starbucks feel like a community starbucks. Not a nightmare hole in the wall starbucks. It's unfortunate because it's in such a great location. Franchise owner should be ashamed.Go the the wharf if you want positive energy in the mornings.

Service is inconsistent which is unfortunate because its conveniently placed at the top of the metro. If you're lucky, you'll at least get a hello before waiting an extended period of time before ordering...if not just hope their efficient enough to service you. Their food box was filled with gnats my last visit (a week ago). I told the girl my order. She reads it back to me...proceeds to give me the wrong order and says I "should've said that at the register " I'm sorry? did you not read it back to me? as I continued to show her my receipt lol. I just won't be going back to this location.
