I go there just for basics blonde roast , etc. The service is trash nothing is neverready I'm talking reg coffee It's a line and I waited with 1 person ahead of me who's order was already taken I waited 7 minutes b4 some1 took my order for a muffin Ijs that's the worst managed Starbucks ever

If your like to be patronized by low vocabulary, bad attitude, your concerns don't matter to me, let me carry on with my loud conversation and get your oder incorrect service.Than this starbucks is for you. This location needs to wClean house from the top down.Employee some happy faces, and positive energy to make this starbucks feel like a community starbucks. Not a nightmare hole in the wall starbucks. It's unfortunate because it's in such a great location. Franchise owner should be ashamed.Go the the wharf if you want positive energy in the mornings.

Service is inconsistent which is unfortunate because its conveniently placed at the top of the metro. If you're lucky, you'll at least get a hello before waiting an extended period of time before ordering...if not just hope their efficient enough to service you. Their food box was filled with gnats my last visit (a week ago). I told the girl my order. She reads it back to me...proceeds to give me the wrong order and says I "should've said that at the register " I'm sorry? did you not read it back to me? as I continued to show her my receipt lol. I just won't be going back to this location.

Would only make one kind of frappuccino for the rest were out of stock. And when I asked for some water too, they don't give out any cups of water here (which is the first Starbucks that I ran into that refused it).

I would not recommend this Safeway or its Starbucks. The area has a lot of homeless, some violence, and it's flooded with police. The area itself is very nice but attracts the worse people at times. The Safeway has expired food and limited produce. There's a limited supply of carts. Safeway has free garage parking, but there's never any real street parking, so it's difficult to just run into the Starbucks or the the next door CVS to grab something.

I hate this Starbucks sooooooooooooooooooooo bad omg I want them to knock this entire Safeway and Starbucks down and replace itbwith something of VALUE maybe a Trader Joe's and Dunkin' Donuts cuz this is NOT IT. since the new Starbucks opened I usually walk an extra 10 min to get quality drinks and service but I didn't have time today so I was forced back into mediocrity I didn't even make through the slow a** long a** like when it didn't move for 12 minutes I unfortunately had to leave take my chances on making it to the other Starbucks and being late for work. Which of course they're better so I was STILL on time befause they have an actual sense of urgency. Please as a former barista of 6 years...knock this sh*t down and put a Dunkin, it's no saving this place
