We were told on Christmas Eve and again today the day after Christmas that peppermint mocha and some of the other holiday drinks were out of season and they wouldn’t make them. Then I see an ad on tv just now by Starbucks advertising seasonal peppermint mocha. What gives? Terrible policy to refuse to make customers the drink they want. It is in season despite what this store says. You can get a peppermint mocha at other locations. Bad job:(

This is about the African American woman that works there.
She constantly makes my drinks poorly and is clearly incompetent. So much so, that I’m starting to think it’s personal. I keep giving her the benefit of the doubt as it is my local Starbucks, but today was the last straw.
Ordered an iced lavender whole milk… it tasted like water. How hard is it to make a drink? The rest of the staff do it well, but she is terrible at her job. & it’s expensive mediocre coffee!
The least she could do is try. Doesn’t take too much brain power to make a cup of coffee. I’ll drive an extra 10 mins to the other location that is consistently amazing.

Edit 2 - gave them another chance and the colour of the drink absolutely did not look like the app. I asked them to remake it and it was the same thing. It also tasted mostly of water and the berries tasted spoilt.

Remodel looks great. Incredible service here, every customer is greeted in such a friendly manner and drinks are made so quickly. I wanted to try the secret menu so I ordered an iced mocha variation. Cynthia and Taylor were so, so sweet and accommodating and the drink was absolutely delicious. They even followed up afterwards to see how I liked it. :) Love this location so much!

I mean it’s an OK Starbucks and the staff was helpful but it’s really small, in a kinda lame location and legitimately looked like it was falling apart but not like outta neglegence or anything, it just looked like they try their best to make the place look as presentable as they can, but for reasons outside of their control it looks like they built a Starbucks in a municipal maintenance/Drainage tunnel with bad lighting.
The service I received was very poor and lacked luster. Very racist behavior

I was having trouble with my mobile order. While trying to assist me, a barista named Janelle called me a liar and walked away. Luckily there was another barista nearby who came to help and resolved the issue immediately.

There was no customer at the store when I arrived just lazy baristas when I stopped to get my mobile order (I placed it at their parking spot). The ice-cold beverage I requested was not cold, with very little ice, plus the two ham croissants were cold (the ham inside was frozen). I hate when lazy people delay my day with their incompetence. They didn't apologize; they just wanted to gaslight you with their lies to cover their lack of responsibility for not doing their job.
