Needs to do better with Uber Eats/Door Dash Orders. Missing items or handing over wrong items. Need to double check orders before handing over to delivery drivers as the drivers cannot look inside to confirm that orders are correct. Has happened several times where an item was missing or I was given the wrong food item. Ordered the strawberry over night oats to go with my drink and received a child's fruit puree. Also ordered a plain warm croissant and it was wet when it arrived. Order was a complete disaster.

I was waiting for my order for over 20 min, a simple drink Grande Iced Guava Passionfruit with Dragonfruit Inclusion. I go in and ask for my order and the person in the store couldnt find my order! you know why he couldnt find my order BECAUSE THE DAM PRINTER WAS JAM SO IT DIDNT PRINT IT OUT!. WHY COULDNT IT BE CHECK 1ST THING ? ALSO ANOTHER LADY JUMP IN TO HELP, WHICH SHE DIDNT HELP AT ALL. made my drink incorrect!. I was just over it waiting so i asked for a refund back but guess what! the refund was done back to me incorrect. I paid $5.78 after applying my 25 stars reward and in return the guy who did my refund only but back $4.13 on my app. I been calling to ask for the correct refund back and no answer! and to add back the rewards..

The staff are so happy here! Singing along with the music, smiling.... what a nice vibe. Really makes the typical Starbucks into a true coffee shop. I'd come back here just for the atmosphere.

I ordered A venti vanilla cream cold brew from this store on Uber eats. There was a BUG in my drink just chilling! Super disgusted for the fact that i was so close to swallow the bug. FRUIT FLIES AREN'T EVEN IN SEASON! This just show cases the cleanliness of the store. I work a block away and won't be returning to Starbucks.

It's Starbucks. We all know what to expect in terms of food, coffees and teas. This one is a little dirty. I only went in to get some tea on a cold day and it was pretty late in the evening. I didn't stay long. The staff was great.
