I generally don't stop in Sbux, but after walking from Rosslyn, to the Cathedral and down embassy row I was thrilled to see the glowing green in the distance, where I knew I'd get a decent drink, water and toilet.The coffee (ices macchiato) seemed more watery than usual, the staff was fine, the location was fairly clean and the water was cold. Probably wouldn't go back, just because there are better choices. But if you love SBux, I think it's a decent location for a drink

Great place, gone there for decades. It can be crowded but the convenient location is ideal. Not much seating at any point, and sometimes entire seating sections are closed off during the day. Don't go there ever expecting a seat, you won't get one.

Ooooof that black manager they have that is what 5 foot 4 with a hat always on that one , she is so so rude , everytime I’ve been in store the only one yelling and making her employees scared of her is her. The workers are much friendlier when she is not around. Everyone who have said this place has attitude all over it , yup, it’s right. I think she should work at a fast food chain like a fried wing place.

The employee’s at this location are always super friendly and helpful, especially the ladies who make the drinks they always do an exceptional job!! This location is my favorite!!

I'm traveling with my family and we decided to have coffee, the customer service was not pleasant, the person who made the coffee was derogatory and unpleasant to talk to me and my wife, I recommend them and I will never return to that establishment 12/31 /2023 time 5:45

The location is good however, the cappuccino I had was not drinkable — too hot, so much milk, burnt my tongue the second I had it. The food was also overly warmed up. The staff was not professional — she didn’t ask for my name and messed my order up, I had to ask her to confirm if the food was mine.
