Sandra and Shawn have some of thee best energy and passed the vibe check. I stopped by this location to get a warm drink. Did y’all know that the pistachio latte is back?! I’m pressed.

Anywho, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and provided excellent customer service. More of this — kindness, humility, being humorous, and positivity, is needed, and especially with all of the craziness going on in our country and world. Exchanges like these make experiences pleasant and memorable.

One of the worst espressos I’ve had in my life.

There was this passive aggressiveness when I was looking at the cups when I was looking for a hello kitty cup or anything. I didn't even do anything. I understand they was just letting me know there was no more cups or certain merchandise but chill out abit

Customer service was lacking, had to remind them about my food order and it took a very long time to come out, and there was no AC.

I walked in to purchase a cup of water because it’s very hot out the heat is extremely hot today and the young lady at the register told me I wasn’t able to purchase a cup of water I am extremely upset I wasn’t able to get my order she told me I had to purchase they are no longer able to allow people to purchase water

Starbucks in Van Ness… BEAUTIFUL Black men…. the atmosphere and service is EXQUISITE!
They are so well mannered. They smiled the entire time. They said yes maam and sir. They spoke to everyone that walked in, same tone. How’s your day going… etc…
Something so miscellaneous just made my entire day. 🥰

Convenient location and friendly staff

I got a chai latte, but their machine was broken, so the lady suggested something else. It wasn't as good as I hoped, but Michelle and the other girl were super nice and tried to fix it. It was busy, so most of the seats were occupied
