It's a fairly small Starbucks with no tables, so it's like an order and go place. Relatively quick even though my last order came later than I would have liked.

The Starbucks has great customer service oriented folk , such as Juan. He is very professional and very responsive; however, there is one employee whose name is Ray. He is very confrontational with customers and employees. He is disrespectful, argumentative, rude. When spoken to as to how he engages customers, his response is that is how I talk and I am not changing. I witnessed him get into arguments with fellow employees while customers are present. He needs training on customer service because he is not polished in the area of work relations or customer relations. Others , are living out the vision of Mr. Shultz, the founder.

The ordering experience was terrible. The staff member at the counter showed a very rude attitude and even rolled her eyes while taking my order. It was disrespectful and made the whole experience very unpleasant — definitely not what I would expect from Starbucks

On September 14th, I visited this Starbucks for the first time, and the experience was excellent. The location is within walking distance of the Air and Space Museum, making it very convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and what impressed me most was that when I returned a few hours later to buy a coffee mug, the employee still remembered my name. That thoughtful gesture made the visit feel personal and memorable, especially considering how many tourists they serve each day.

The seating is completely separate from the actual store. Sure it’s a door over, but weird. Staff are friendly and worked fast. Not much to say since there isn’t much here. One of the lesser pleasing Starbucks as a store, not the staff.
