Servers are rude. Came with two friends who travelled from overseas. Their second trip to a Starbucks and they were shocked how the cashier was spoken when taking the order and when serving the food.

With the two other Starbucks closing in the area, the morning team is handling servicing a hotel, tourists, and multiple federal employees very professionally! I work for one of the agencies nearby and every time I come in they greet everyone and give great customer service.
