Terrible crew. Employees taking orders are never enthused, often acting like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. Never have foams etc. in stock. Quite literally, why are you open.. Literally the Starbucks of doom and despair.

Staff was super friendly and my order came very quickly. Was one of the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been too.

Today, I ordered here. I want grand size. So, I certainly told an employee grand size. She showed me grand size cup. However, she suddenly sized up without my me knowing or even if I did not request. As soon as I received my drink, I embarrassed and felt that employees handled my orders regardless of my request when my English was awkward.

I've been going here for years. Five stars for Dani, and really the whole crew. True, this is just an OK location inside a Crate and Barrel, and there is a much better coffee shop property a few doors down. But there is a decent outside seating area, and the staff is A+, always has been.

I feel bad leaving a negative review because it’s obvious how stressed and overworked the staff are, but this Starbucks is a train wreck. They’re always out of everything, including cups: usually when you order a tall or grande, they’ll give you that amount in a huge trenti cup, and then charge you for that size without asking. Servers are constantly yelling and get angry when customers aren’t immediately there to pick up their orders. Last time I was there I was rushing to pack up my things across the room, then ran over to get part of my order. When the next part was ready the same server looked dead at me while I was still packing my things, and screamed my name nonstop til I dropped my stuff and ran over to get it (over the course of like 5 seconds mind you). It’s so insanely stressful, I feel like a nuisance whenever I order there. Not worth it.

This location is always out of basic ingredients found at every other Starbucks.

Rude, bad customer service, I wish I can give zero stars

I thought I was being pranked for how long it took one person to make a grande cookie crumble frap. He would not stop talking to his coworkers (not working while talking). It took 7 minutes for him to make it. And for whatever reason, filled the bottom of the cup with whip cream, poured the drink in and then more whip cream. It was weird. It felt like he was purposely trying to hold up the entire line. I’m sorry but be more efficient good grief.

I work at different starbucks, so i know the struggles, but I ordered an iced americano with oat milk. The barista then proceeded to make fun of me *in front of my face* saying "why is this girl ordering an americano, just get a latte, girl doesn't know what she's ordering". look, being a barista is rough sometimes but that was just unacceptable and rude. Have never gone back :)

Feels very much like a \"fake\" Starbucks, not up to par with other Starbuck locations. Employees are not very friendly and English speaking skills are insufficient. Starbucks recipes are not followed. They don't even know them. I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, which in all Starbucks location contains the hot lemonade and honey. In this location you get two mint teabags with hot water. And then the customer is \"blamed\". Not a great atmosphere - successful in making the customer feeling stupid...
