I stop at this Starbucks in Cathedral Commons almost every day for a small black coffee on my way to work, and I usually pay with the Starbucks app. Unfortunately, the service at this location is consistently below expectations. I only keep coming because it’s the closest store to my job.
Lately, I’ve been charged different prices for the exact same size coffee, and the price doesn’t match what I pay at other Starbucks locations. This inconsistency makes me feel like I’m being overcharged. For example, on 12/03/2025, my receipt was #684325. Starbucks can easily review my purchase history and compare.
At this point, I’ll use the remaining balance on my app and try my best to avoid buying coffee here moving forward. I hope management takes these issues seriously and fixes the pricing discrepancies.

Sugar plum cheese danish!!! Absolutely delicious each and every time! Match it with a pumpkin latte but inform them to stir it and not put whip cream on top as it’s better that way. Happy holidays! Great staff at this one!

stopped by one afternoon with my friends, we placed a mobile order and it took a while: i noticed this young female barista has her phone propped in the bar talking. i don't mind waiting but the barista didn't even glance at us and just continued talking to her phone. i hoped they just focus on making drinks instead of taking personal calls.

I visited this Starbucks branch today and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. I ordered 3 drinks, 3 snacks, and 1 Hello Kitty cup. When I asked for a bag, the staff kindly informed me there was a 5-cent charge, which I was happy to pay. However, when I requested a larger bag because the small one couldn’t fit 3 drinks, the staff member seemed a bit displeased and handed it to me without much friendliness. I also noticed that I didn’t receive a “thank you” after getting my order, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

I was here this morning. The staff is not courteous one of the barista who wasserving their has no consciousness as to whoever else is present in the café. She is so loud and they are so talkative amongst each other that aside from the music that’s playing you cannot hear anybody else even if you’re on the phone. The woman kept on talking so loudly with her fellow baristas beyond a particular measure that after 30 minutes, I just left unbelievable the kind of energy she has to keep on yapping and yapping and yapping.

Gentlemen that worked there named Dave today 7/5/25 @5:45pm. He was very rude in making my espresso Frappuccino today. I paid for 3 shots espresso and it looked like less than that so I politely asked if that was 3 shots. He immediately raised his voice and replied aggressively “oh you want me to take a picture, I’ll show you” This was the second time I had very negative experience with him as I’m a neighbor across the street coming here every day.
The first time a few weeks ago he aggressively asked me if my black lab was a service dog because I always take him inside with me to get a pup cup. He asked me again today after he got my drink wrong
( I asked for a venti and he made me a grande).
So today, he very rudely asked me for the second time “is that a service dog?”
He is a service dog and I have all the proper documentation to prove it. This was the second time he questioned me about my dog coming inside with me. We are only in and out too, we never stay. He should not be in customer service, based on my multiple interactions with him, I feel like he has a very short fuse, his drinks always come out bad too. However, the nice young lady that took my order was very kind and ended up re- making my order for me. I also felt like he was rude to his young lady co worker too just by studying their interaction during my time there. Leadership, please check his behavior as it is not acceptable. Thanks
