I was here this morning. The staff is not courteous one of the barista who wasserving their has no consciousness as to whoever else is present in the café. She is so loud and they are so talkative amongst each other that aside from the music that’s playing you cannot hear anybody else even if you’re on the phone. The woman kept on talking so loudly with her fellow baristas beyond a particular measure that after 30 minutes, I just left unbelievable the kind of energy she has to keep on yapping and yapping and yapping.

Gentlemen that worked there named Dave today 7/5/25 @5:45pm. He was very rude in making my espresso Frappuccino today. I paid for 3 shots espresso and it looked like less than that so I politely asked if that was 3 shots. He immediately raised his voice and replied aggressively “oh you want me to take a picture, I’ll show you” This was the second time I had very negative experience with him as I’m a neighbor across the street coming here every day.
The first time a few weeks ago he aggressively asked me if my black lab was a service dog because I always take him inside with me to get a pup cup. He asked me again today after he got my drink wrong ( I asked for a venti and he made me a grande). So today, he very rudely asked me for the second time “is that a service dog?” He is a service dog and I have all the proper documentation to prove it. This was the second time he questioned me about my dog coming inside with me. We are only in and out too, we never stay. He should not be in customer service, based on my multiple interactions with him, I feel like he has a very short fuse, his drinks always come out bad too. However, the nice young lady that took my order was very kind and ended up re- making my order for me. I also felt like he was rude to his young lady co worker too just by studying their interaction during my time there. Leadership, please check his behavior as it is not acceptable. Thanks

One of the very rude Salespeople got upset because my 14-year-old daughter spoke softly to her, according to her.!!! She behaved rude and annoying all the time.!!!! You shouldn't serve the public!!!

Say what you like about coffee houses but Starbucks consistently delivers a very enjoyable, high quality coffee that gives me the level of satisfaction few other coffee houses do with consistency! I love that I can order a coffee drink I love and know it will deliver. Lately I've bravely expanded beyond my constant venti skinny Caramel macchiato and have tried several of their new drinks. The pearl iced teas are a new summer winner for me. I love the freshness, the flavor, the right hit of flavor and the pearls. Now those bring it alive and the taste when they burst on your mouth totally compliments the iced tea flavor! Yum, count me in!! Also love the new pineapple cake. That's a light breath of fresh flavor. The portion is super generous, I get two treats out of one, cheating my sweet tooth!!

And let's not forget the staff!! They're awesome, engaging, I always have some chat and humor with them.
