One of the very rude Salespeople got upset because my 14-year-old daughter spoke softly to her, according to her.!!! She behaved rude and annoying all the time.!!!! You shouldn't serve the public!!!

Say what you like about coffee houses but Starbucks consistently delivers a very enjoyable, high quality coffee that gives me the level of satisfaction few other coffee houses do with consistency! I love that I can order a coffee drink I love and know it will deliver. Lately I've bravely expanded beyond my constant venti skinny Caramel macchiato and have tried several of their new drinks. The pearl iced teas are a new summer winner for me. I love the freshness, the flavor, the right hit of flavor and the pearls. Now those bring it alive and the taste when they burst on your mouth totally compliments the iced tea flavor! Yum, count me in!! Also love the new pineapple cake. That's a light breath of fresh flavor. The portion is super generous, I get two treats out of one, cheating my sweet tooth!!

And let's not forget the staff!! They're awesome, engaging, I always have some chat and humor with them.

First time here and found George to be quite rude. The purchase was complete but was unable to scan under my card and realized after the fact. I requested to reverse and re-ring and he said “the transaction is complete” in an attempt to waive me off. So I asked for my receipt to take it up with support, which he initially didn’t give me. Overall messy, rude, abrupt, and bad experience. I normally avoid Starbucks but had a physical gift card.

Slow service ! This Starbucks is always busy . Two people working. One making drinks who makes zero contact with people standing at register .Second person stays in the back putting food away .What happened to the great crew !?!?
It is an OK place for getting breakfast, They should show they care about all customers and not socializing w policemen .?

I just wanted to say thanks to Tara and Avian. They provided a glimmer of Starbucks of old: back when it was a place of warmth and friendliness and cozy drinks and samples, all in the same visit.My experiences at other SBUX in the DMV have been mostly mediocre to adequate, (to be clear, this location is always good tho)so it was very refreshing to see two warm and friendly faces during a break from a long, complicated workday.Thank you so very much!!

Every single time i come here the baristas have a really bad attitude and act super aggressive. Finally i have completely given up this location. One in foxhall makes better drinks and are always friendly. Such a bummer.
