First time here and found George to be quite rude. The purchase was complete but was unable to scan under my card and realized after the fact. I requested to reverse and re-ring and he said “the transaction is complete” in an attempt to waive me off. So I asked for my receipt to take it up with support, which he initially didn’t give me. Overall messy, rude, abrupt, and bad experience. I normally avoid Starbucks but had a physical gift card.

I just wanted to say thanks to Tara and Avian. They provided a glimmer of Starbucks of old: back when it was a place of warmth and friendliness and cozy drinks and samples, all in the same visit.My experiences at other SBUX in the DMV have been mostly mediocre to adequate, (to be clear, this location is always good tho)so it was very refreshing to see two warm and friendly faces during a break from a long, complicated workday.Thank you so very much!!

Too many homeless and others who sit there all day, working on the computer, taking up space. Not enough seating space outdoors, it has been ignored for months. Surly and disrespectful employees who think they can micro-manage customers, too many dogs on long leashes allowed inside store (many of which are filthy). Management gives blank stares when you bring up these matters. Apparent ethnic networking in hiring, very little real diversity. Needs new management.

Every single time i come here the baristas have a really bad attitude and act super aggressive. Finally i have completely given up this location. One in foxhall makes better drinks and are always friendly. Such a bummer.

Been coming here a few times while in a rush I order on the app maybe one or two minutes before I arrive and they are insanely fast and get my drink (chai latte with almond milk) spot on every time.Justin and his sweet work family have such a great work environment it clearly shows they love their job and enjoy each others presence which has reflected into the service being top notch!Lastly, they kindly double toasted my croissant after I suspected it may not have been cooked to my liking. Very quick eager to please and Good vibes

It's hard to find the coffee you finally enjoy best, but when walking into this Starbucks, you already feel like you'r going to find exactly what you want. This is exactly what happened with me when I came in. With countless drinks and foods on the menu, it was hard to choose what was the best, not to mention the great design of the shop, and the aroma that welcomed me the whole time I was there. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. If you are looking for a good coffee shop to get coffee, do work, etc. this is the PERFECT place to go. Again thanks to the team for a great experience!

Yesterday we picked up an order we'd placed for to-go boxes of coffee we planned to serve at a brunch we were hosting. The staff was friendly, the order was ready on time, the coffee was delicious, and they included plenty of cups, stirrers, sugar packets, and cream. Kudos to the team for helping make our event a success!
