My worst experience at this Starbucks two women’s with bad attitudes worst customer service. I asked for 4 frappes they told me they couldn’t make it only because it’s was 35 mins before closing time. The two women’s had everything to make it they were just lazy.

Typical Starbucks food with seating indoors and 4 outdoor patio tables. Drinks were delicious and staff was friendly. Cute local DC cups for collectors and bags of coffee. You need a key for the bathroom.

Very slow service. Don't order here if you have somewhere to be on time. They take forever to do even simplest of tasks. Absolutely no sense of urgency going on this place whatsoever.

My experience at this Starbucks was mind-blowingly horrible. On Wednesday, May 21st, around 7:15 PM, a male employee (I didn't catch his name) made my drink (there was only one male and one female employee each). I ordered a lavender oat matcha latte and requested non-dairy modifications due to my dietary restrictions.

It seemed like he did not understand my request at all. He kept messing up the order, and I had to correct him throughout almost every step, which never happened at any other Starbucks. He was also talking to himself loudly, laughing about my order, and displaying odd behavior, which made me further suspicious that he might have been under the influence of something (especially since he kept messing up the order) or possibly on a phone call during his shift. The entire experience felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe.

Despite the discomfort, I was in a rush, so I accepted my drink and left the store. I also didn't feel safe in the store with that employee due to his bizarre behavior. However, the male employee kept yelling at me about how the drink was prepared. Initially, I thought about not writing a review, but what pushed me over the edge was finding a piece of plastic in my drink.

I typically go to Starbucks because of their high standard of service, regardless of the location. This specific employee completely ruined my experience, and I am truly shocked by the lack of training and the fact that they are hiring and retaining someone who appeared to be unfit for duty. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has not only made me feel uncomfortable about revisiting this location, but also affected my perception of Starbucks as a brand.

Being short on time I stopped here hoping to get coffee. I ordered my coffee and it was never made after waiting an excessive amount of time.. The incompetent employees stated someone took my coffee. Complete lie. It was never made and other customers behind me were picking up their tailored drinks while I sat waiting delaying my group I was here working with... What was my difficult order? Black coffee, cafe Americano. Small. I know right…so challenging for this crew. Be cautious going here…you’ll likely waste your time..Hopefully I was actually refunded like they said..
