I was there this morning, my 85 year old grandma needed to use the restroom. The person at the register informed us that we had to buy something. I proceeded to buy my favorite oatmilk mocha. I’m sure this is not the first time the employees have to deal with a situation like this. I understand it is their job to uphold their policy which I quickly followed by buying a product.
