Really refreshing to see friendly faces in the morning even if it’s 6am. This location is a great example of how a Starbucks should be ran, from the warm greetings at the door, the cleanliness, and food/drinks done right. Management should be proud of their team! This is the only location I will come to before work, even if other locations are closer for me.

Wow is all I can say!

Got a drink to go and asked for a cup of ICE, but was rejected. They were having an issue with there ICE maker, so Tyns (starbucks associate) stated I should have asked for more ICE when ordering my drink. The ice that was left is for new drinks only she stated.

I raised the concern to the Shift Supervisor named Imani and got the same response.

After talking with Imani I called Starbucks Corporate. While on speaker phone with Starbucks, I went back to ask for the employees names I talked with and they refused to give me there names (not all had name tags) to tell the Complaint department of starbucks. They also refused to give me a business card with info on it for contacting a District Manager like other Starbucks have readily available on a counter in the store. Complaining to Starbucks Corporate got me no where. Talking with a associated on the side I finally got names of those who lacked Customer Service Skills.

I talked to the District Manager (Nicholas Gomis) who claimed its surprising that this event was all over a cup of ICE. I told him Starbucks is known for a uniform set of customer service and products that customers make assumptions they will get walking into a store. So him claiming he is surprised is demeaning as he should have just called the associates at the store and educated them that they can't make rules up on the fly for a single store, but he didn't.

It's sad the District Manager (Nicholas Gomis) doesn't hold his associates to a set of standards and instead allows them to be roque employees of Starbucks.

As for Starbucks “generic” response to my initial posting, it would be nice if someone from corporate Starbucks trained that store on your customer service policies and standards. Explain to them they can’t make up rules on the fly, and they need to treat all customers equally.

Always a pleasant experience at Starbucks! The service is consistently great, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. They make my drinks just the way I like them and are always quick with a smile. It's one of my favorite places to grab a coffee and brighten up my day!

The morning crew at this starbucks is wonderful! Especially the woman in the colorful knitted hats. She radiates positivity and motivates the rest of the team. It's so nice to see so many friendly faces. Really appreciate it!

Coffee is good but YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SO LOUD 😳 people clearly prefer to not sit here once they realize it. How bizarre to see all the customers quiet and this lady working is yelling screaming laughing so loudly

Imani (I hope I got her name right - she wears beautiful knit hats!) and the rest of the morning weekday team are such a delight. Even when it's busy and drinks are backed up, the baristas are positive and have a great energy interacting with everyone waiting. Imani was on the ball this morning and helped get my drink fast when I was in a crunch. She's the best!

Kudos and Job Well Done,it was a discrepancy in the making of my Camramel Ribbon Crunch one morning and I called the store to get it resolved and the managers were very apolegectic to me and Promised to Make me another one on my Next one and They Honored it yes Indeed and it Tasted So Good to that Time!! Thank you to Managers Ty and the short dark skinned Queen and Team Member Jamal. I visit almost every Sunday when going into work. They are always very nice to me with Great customer service with smiles on their Faces! Again this Team can't be Best!! All the Best Everyone,Alani

The people who attended made a mistake in my order from the beginning, then when I complained to them one of them insulted me and then made racist comments to me for being Latin, to make matters worse they made me pay extra for their mistake and when I left they continued saying insulting things about me. I do not recommend this starbuck

Just awful service from Brad today. I asked explicitly for a non dairy drink due to allergies and he made it with dairy twice. This is just unacceptable and dangerous. He didn’t apologise and actually just seemed annoyed. Won’t be visiting again

Waited 10 minutes at 7AM for the worst drink I’ve ever had in my life. All milk no coffee. Just threw it in the trash once I had my first sip. Waste of time & money

This ‘Bucks is always so nice to me and they really put out the “welcome” vibe. Plus, they seem to actually care about the job they do as the Nitro tap is working most visits….see ya soon!
