I ordered a classic hot chocolate non fat milk no whip. First I got a coffee. Then I got a white chocolate or hot choc with looots of cream. Also I waited 10Min for my bluberry muffin (not warmed up). I got it warmed up.

There is a girl who works in this place. She is very bad. She insults the customers and commits racism against the customers. She did not treat me appropriately. Rather, she said bad words to me. I ask those in charge of the place to check the matter. There is a young man who dealt with me until I left the place.

Not the cleanest location and the music is way too loud in here. It sounded more like a club or lounge with the base smh. Not sure if it’s intentional but it definitely took away from the atmosphere.

we went here, and my friend ordered the same drink as I did. Mine looks normal but hers only half of the cup. We asked the same drink quality, but the staff pointed to me and said mine is made wrong. He said light ice means half cup. We finally figured out why my friend only had half cup drink. The staff forgot to add whipped cream and blamed to the ice

I have been to a lot of Starbucks stores around the world. My office is right next door so I go to this Starbucks about 1-2 times per week. I can easily say this is the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Each and every employee is excellent. I am always greeted when I walk in the door. They are always incredibly kind when I speak with them. They are efficient and quick at getting your order to you - not to mention my order has never once been wrong/less than perfect. The staff is a dream team of employees but they are also among the nicest people you will encounter. Thank you!!!!
