I recently visited this Starbucks location and, as expected, the food and drinks were standard – consistent with what you'd typically find at any of their locations. However, the service left a lot to be desired.
When placing my order, the barista misheard what I said. That happens – no big deal. But when I tried to correct her, instead of just adjusting the order, she insisted, “that WAS what you said.” I clarified again that it wasn’t, only to be met with, “I’m just repeating what you said.”
At that point, it felt less like a misunderstanding and more like an unnecessary argument. As a customer, I don’t see the need to debate what I know I ordered. It would have been so much easier – and more professional – to simply listen and make the correction.
Customer service should be about resolving small issues quickly, not escalating them. This exchange definitely left a negative impression and took away from the overall experience.

The Starbucks across from the Nat’l Zoo is hands down the best Starbucks there is. The people are so friendly and so efficient they brighten my day every time I go in there. No other Starbucks can compare. I feel like other Starbucks are incompetent and they just don’t put any effort in. Every employee at the zoo is amazing and they should train all other Starbucks. They are lovely people.

I visited this Starbucks recently and had a fairly average experience. The atmosphere was welcoming enough, the coffee tasted as expected, and the store layout is clean and comfortable. However, the service felt rather routine, friendly, but not particularly attentive or engaging. It seemed like the barista was going through the motions, and the order took a bit longer than I would’ve liked with no apology or update.
In short, it’s a solid place if you need your caffeine fix without fancy frills. The beverages are consistent, but don’t expect standout customer service. A decent spot, but with room to improve.

I got the summer berry refresher. they ran out of lemonade, i asked for less ice and they gave me extra, i asked for extra pearls but they gave me a teaspoon of it. On top of all if this there was a big crack on my cup and i had to chug it.

Overall a very poor experience at this Starbucks. They will get your orders wrong and not care about how they serve it. It seems like they barely put anything in my coffee which is quite strange. Will not be coming back here.
Nothing really special about this starbucks than others. But the food and drinks are great and extra points for a clean bathroom!
Today I visited the Starbucks store at 7762 its was a young lady by the name of ms Tee the service was outstanding she smiling when I approached her and she good outstanding service I just wanted to say thank you I really appreciate her and I will visit there again just because of her great service really good customer service.
Definitely will not go here again. I actually tipped which is not something that I normally do, however only to get an extremely rude attitude from both sides the man, T and the young girl I don’t know her name, but she’s extremely rude because I asked for an extra caramel in my iced caramel macchiato, I asked for it not to be stirred, and of course it was stirred, and then I asked him to heat the banana bread up with some butter, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that they are not allowed to do that put the butter on the banana bread in the oven in my whole experience of Starbucks has everybody ever told me that it’s never been a problem so I got the banana bread back of course was it warm no so I asked for it to be reheated only to receive more attitude out of like a huge inconvenience I was to them Will not go here again. Advise anybody else to go here?
Ordered a $7 drink with no ice because it was cold out. Tipped additional. Got a half a full drink back. Never coming back. Horrible customer experience. Only gave me half of what I paid for
