Ordered a $7 drink with no ice because it was cold out. Tipped additional. Got a half a full drink back. Never coming back. Horrible customer experience. Only gave me half of what I paid for

I have been to this Starbucks in September when I was visiting Washington DC. This Starbucks is located very close to the Smithsonian zoological park. I came here to get a hot chocolate as I waited for the zoological park to open for the day. The ambience was very pleasant and there was seating available. So I got my hot chocolate and sat down near the counter and gazed through the window while enjoying my hot chocolate.

The bathroom was disgusting, service from cashier was awful and she got our drinks wrong but the coffee was good.

The staff was very friendly and explained things slowly and well. I bought a tumbler and they even gave me a partner discount. Thank you so much!

Ordered caramel frapacchino. Been waiting for 15 mins and seeing other people behind us pick up their order. Turns out they didn't bother to call our name again and had it melting on the counter

Staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t visit a lot of Starbucks for breakfast, and they were patient enough to deal with me before I was fully awake. Restrooms are also clean.
But items are too small for the price tag. I think this is the smallest blueberry muffin I have ever had. And tasted mass produced. Like fresh out of a plastic wrapper. And that's a medium-sized drink?

A little disorganized, lots of people waiting on drinks that were already made. Bonus points for a clean restroom, probably the only one near the zoo

The worst Starbucks I have been to. They don't label any special requirement, just orally send the message, and the remake of 1 coffee takes over 10 minutes based on 4 staff working on the order.

Great staff and can't say enough about the automation and making a good drip cup of coffee.

The Starbucks located @ Capital Plaza on Annapolis Rd has a young staff. The drive thru is very busy, and there is some foot traffic. It would be helpful if the staff pay some attention to the customers who walk into the store. I was there today and watched as the staff focused a lot of time and energy on the drive thru and maybe the mobile customers. After a 7 min wait, I had to ask someone to take my order. Once someone did come to the register, there was no apology for the wait time....nothing. The barista was not overtly rude, and it would not have taken more than 5 seconds to acknowledge the wait.

I recently moevd to the area, and the team here always makes me feel welcomed. My drink/food is prepared when I arrive, I'm greeted with a smile, and they remember my name. Great service overall, and glad to make this my new go-to Starbucks!

Unfriendly, not like a typical Starbucks usually is. I understand they are tired by the end of the day and it is a very busy place but still.
