The Starbucks across from the Nat’l Zoo is hands down the best Starbucks there is. The people are so friendly and so efficient they brighten my day every time I go in there. No other Starbucks can compare. I feel like other Starbucks are incompetent and they just don’t put any effort in. Every employee at the zoo is amazing and they should train all other Starbucks. They are lovely people.

I visited this Starbucks recently and had a fairly average experience. The atmosphere was welcoming enough, the coffee tasted as expected, and the store layout is clean and comfortable. However, the service felt rather routine, friendly, but not particularly attentive or engaging.
