I usually get a venti of cappuccino because I love coffee and this location doesnt even fill the cup for half they have done it before but this time i have specially asked them to fill it in full but still the same

You begin to wonder if they’ve planted the beans, watered them, sung lullabies, harvested them, roasted them, and finally decided to brew your cup.
Efficiency here is a myth. It’s like watching a play in slow motion where everyone has forgotten their lines, and the director’s gone out for a cigarette. Staff stand around, blinking at machines as though they’ve never seen one before, while the queue behind you grows longer and angrier by the second.
So if you want to witness the art of making a simple process unnecessarily complicated, or if you’d like a masterclass in how to turn a queue into an endurance sport, then by all means—come to this Starbucks. Just don’t expect coffee. Expect disappointment served at glacial speed.

Don’t waste your money at this Starbucks , the manager is extremely unprofessional, I honestly don’t know how Starbucks allowed her to become one , I literally saw this lady put her dirty finger in someone drink but of course they going to lie and say they didn’t , I’m telling yall now do not come here

Very rude people without any patience. The scan is not working. I’m asking if you tell to your manager they being rude. They are very lazy. I try to solve the problem . But they want to live with problem without any solutions.

I paid $50 and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom, I had to pay an additional fee to use it.

It is in a great central location. I was attending a summit at the JW Marriot just around the corner from this Starbucks, and it was a lifesaver. I have celiac disease and couldn't eat at any of the options available at the hotel or other restaurants in the area. I had brought snacks for myself, but the ability to grab a latte and a few other gluten-free snacks was great.
