I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and when i received my order my sandwich had no bacon, cheese, or siracha. It was a plain egg white sandwich. Very disappointed!!

Very unpleasant experience while visiting the Starbucks location at 1304 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20004 on Sunday, March 24th. I sent an email reporting this experience to the manager of that location, no response.Around 6:20 pm in the afternoon, my daughter and I entered the Starbucks Coffee shop. As we walked in, we were greeted aggressively by someone at the door, who said something along the lines of "you have 8 minutes before we close." I believe this person was Vanessa, the manager on duty.We proceeded to the counter to place our order. My daughter requested a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, but the barista informed us that they were unable to make it as the store was closing soon. We made an alternative choice and ordered a Lavender Matcha instead.While my daughter waited for her order, I went to use the restroom and joined the line, as there were a few people ahead of me. During my wait, Vanessa came by the line multiple times to inform everyone that the store would be closing soon and that after 6:30 pm, we would be considered trespassing.This was the worst experience I have had at a local business in years. I hope that the staff working in the food industry can show more compassion and respect towards all customers who visit.

Stopped here to get out of the rain after the Jingle All the Way 15K. The baristas were friendly and courteous, plus the seating was clean. Haven't been to a Starbucks in the last year, but the Tall coffee cup seems to be a bit slimmer and cheese danish a bot smaller than before.

Need more baristas but good location with lots of room to sit with outlets.
Consistently awful service. The cashier is rude and always looks miserable. She shouldn't be in a customer service environment. Drinks take forever to get made because they're too busy having personal conversations. Go elsewhere for coffee. There are plenty of other options nearby to get better coffee and better service.

Agree with previous reviewer - consistently awful service. Mobile order supposed to be ready in 10 minutes - it’s more like 30. The point of the mobile order is to minimize waiting time, and yet I find waiting in line to order in person would be more efficient.

First of all the place needs air conditioning. When i was ordering the lady did not seem to be paying attention to me. She asked me which size frappo i would like and i asked for the smallest they had. Then i ordered a breakfast sandwich. What i received was a large frappo. When i asked about it the lady was rude and simply asked me if i wouldnt like a large. I asked if i had paid for a large and another lady says i did. I get a refund. Then i go to eat my food and the simple three ingredient breakfast sandwich i ordered didnt have any cheese. I was too fed up to complain again.
