This Starbucks has AWESOME staff! EVERYONE has a smile, they are always in good mood, with customer service and manners. I love how well this group of young people work together. I have come to often expect this level of customer service from young ladies, but the young men here provide an equally extraordinarily positive experience.

Nice , seemingly clean establishment. Lots of traffic but in and out. The music is way too loud for this to be a coffeeshop. Its bothersomely loud. The workers are yelling across the kitchen at each other, laughing talking loudly, drinking coffee! lol wow.. I ordered a Blonde Vanilla Latte, the cashier got my name completely wrong (I know that goes without staying but..) my latte was made perfectly.. Go figure.

Is it really this difficult to get NO whipped cream on a Frappucino? The barista looked at the sticker on the cup TWICE and still puts whipped cream on, despite the request for no whip. I get that it's busy, but it's an off time right now, and no reason for not paying attention.

This Starbucks has the best staff period! I’m not even from Washington, but the staff here made me feel like I belonged! EVERYONE had a smile, they were all in a good mood, AMAZING manners & my coffee was seriously one of the best coffees I have ever had! Maybe it was the love they put into it! Place was clean, washrooms were clean, place was packed & busy & the place was clean! They suggested a few different options for coffee since I was looking to try something different... oh & they were very patient with me in deciding. I kept apologizing & they were like don’t! We got you & take your time! Love love love them all! Will def be back & def one of my top fav places to be! The vibe was POSITIVE & AMAZING! Thank you to everyone working there!

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order of iced tea. Watched the guy set the cup down with the syrup in it and walk away from it. Had to ask two people to please make the drink. When the man finished making it, he didn't hand it to me or put it in the mobile order area, but put it down next to the sink. COME ON.
