My group orders 4 items. Hands over a $100. We’re told this location can’t take $100 & don’t have change? What? Why? This starbucks is busy. Maybe not everyone pays with a credit card but I was shocked that this store is underprepared.

I would normally review a chain restaurant, but the staff here are so friendly, they deserve a shout out. Plus so efficient, even when contending with a surge of customers! Thank you for a happy place for a morning coffee whenever I’m in town.

I've come here on various occasions both to do work and hang out. Most of the time the atmosphere is nice, and it's a good place to concentrate. Today's visit wasn't that great however. The music was elevated to 10, and there was trash everywhere and at every single table. The upstairs section was a little more tranquil but today wasn't the day to try to do anything productive here. What I like most about this location is the roof terrace. They have about ten tables and chairs set-up and it's cool in the summertime. I ordered the vanilla bean frappuccino and it was decent.

5 stars and excellent service at Starbucks Georgetown! Everyone on the team is top-notch, but I have to give a special shoutout to Mr. James, my favorite barista. He's not only incredibly skilled at crafting the perfect cup, but his humility and dedication to his work are truly impressive. James consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers have an exceptional experience. Kudos to the entire team, and especially to James - keep up the fantastic work!

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. This Starbucks met my expectations based on the brand and my other experiences. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee is good and the food was warm and delicious. I did not hang out - I just popped in to get my order, but it wasn't crowded if I had wanted to stay.
