Be aware that they will make extra charges on your card after you order. I placed the same order 2 days in a row while staying at the Hilton. On the second order, my card went through, the barista said Thank You and pointed me down the counter to wait on my order. I checked my statement the next day and there was a completely separate charge right after I placed my order. They either added the next persons order to my card after telling me I was done or they had a way to use my card again. Be careful!

Always busy but always fast and efficient with the orders, despite long lines. Haven't had any issues (first time at a busy Starbucks!) and their staff are VERY professional and friendly. Thank you so much!

Edit: they estimated about a 30 minute wait time, and it ended up being more like 15 minutes. Very impressed.

Also, please pick up your drinks lol because some of us were waiting on our mobile drinks and we were there to pick it up. I know things can get tied up, but there should not be that many pending mobile drinks waiting to be picked up the entire time that I was standing there and then some. 😂

It wasn’t busy at all in this Starbucks, but a guy in front of me took almost 6 minutes to order for they didn’t a couple of things that he wanted. I waited just for them to tell me they are not making Frappuccino. There should be signs up so people won’t be standing in line for no reason.

I will say this store is located in a very nice hotel in DC! You’d expect this location to be on their A-game for that very reason. But, alas, that is not the case.

Not only are the baristas rude when you’re ordering, but they also misspelled my name 3 different times during our stay.

I learned after that to just place mobile orders to not have to talk to the rude baristas. When I did this, I had no issues at all.

Normally in Boston, four drinks, and 2 chocolate croissant cost around $40. Probably due to location and higher tax. We end up spending almost $60 before tipping. The only saving grace was, we didn't have to wait long.

We stayed at the Hilton hotel, so this was the most convenient place to go to on the first day, not really knowing our surrounding yet. But we did not come back since there are so many better choices, literally just a floor below, or across the street.

I went here 3 times during our stay. You’re better off asking “what do you have” when ordering food since they’re out of everything you try to order, even to make basic menu drinks. The customer service is atrocious, every person there seems bothered that you ordered something. Go downstairs and pay regular price for a regular coffee, at least the customer service and quality matches the price.

This Starbucks is slow and they never get my order right. I would highly recommend going to any other Starbucks and avoid the one. You will spend more time trying to fix your order

Slowest Starbucks you’ll ever eat at. Don’t expect to get your food fast unless you order way ahead. Use the mobile app and order roughly 15-20 minutes before you get there.
