I will say this store is located in a very nice hotel in DC! You’d expect this location to be on their A-game for that very reason. But, alas, that is not the case.
Not only are the baristas rude when you’re ordering, but they also misspelled my name 3 different times during our stay.
I learned after that to just place mobile orders to not have to talk to the rude baristas. When I did this, I had no issues at all.

Conveniently located Starbucks in the lobby of a busy Hilton. Hard working and friendly staff. Ample seating, but I preferred to take my purchases to a more serene seat in the hotel lobby adjacent to this shop. It's not the most serene atmosphere. TIP: order ahead via the mobile app when there is a line. This hotel is connected to the Metro and in the morning there is a commuter rush.

Edit: they estimated about a 30 minute wait time, and it ended up being more like 15 minutes. Very impressed.
Also, please pick up your drinks lol because some of us were waiting on our mobile drinks and we were there to pick it up....
