From my experiences at this particular location, they can't make a simple order correct. Every time I come to this location, my order is always wrong. Nothing complicated but they always are missing the main thing for my drink, which ar the espresso shots. Maybe training needs to be revisited or possible slow down (but no one was in the store needing service and I ordered it on the app).

My family and I were in this store for the first time. They didn’t pay attention to our order and had to remake the drink. Then when they remade the drink it was rush through, but you serviced our blond hair blued brother by letting him that there was caos in the store. We live in this area and want to patronize were we live, but this make me go out where I treated with respect.

Best Starbucks I've been to in DC, the drive thru is so convienent and it's never backed up. The staff is so friendly and idk who was on the clock Saturday 3/22 around 2/3pm lol and made my iced lavender oatmilk matcha but you are literally the best.

every time I come to this location The service is always amazing!! Each Barista that I've encountered has an upbeat attitude and makes getting coffee enjoyable. I do not live in this area however, I always make my mission to stop here when I'm around just to get that positive energy!

Decent but they will mess up your entire order in the morning. One young lady must can’t multitask she screwed my whole order up and basically gave me what she wanted . Even after repeating my order back to me she still messed it up. On the day of 11/26/24 .
