This location is super unprofessional, i waited in line for 30 mins, so by the time i got my drink all the ice was melted. Also the lady at the drive through window with the blonde dreads and glasses was extremely disrespectful due to the fact that she rolled her eyes and her neck at me, got smart with me, and slammed the window closed in my face while i was attempting to tell her my order name.

Decided to check this location out while I was at Skyland Town Center for an event. The service was amazing! They ran out of a few items as they were really busy that morning. I decided to get the Spiced Apple Cider, and it was delicious! Will definitely be coming here again the next time I am at or near Skyland.

Horrible staff members very slow don't know how to make the proper cup of coffee that you order or know how to do it in a timely manner don't know how to communicate with each other to let each other know who's doing what at the store drive-thru the front making the coffees Etc also the store is dirty filthy in the bathroom is filthy
I don't review chains to much but I gotta give credit where it's due. This place makes drinks with love and not mention they do everything right the first go round. Customer service was great and the employees there do a very good job at making sure your order is almost as if it's their order. Will be a regular here as I work not to far from them please keep up the good work !

The customer service at this location is nonexistent. I gave them a 2 because the drinks are good and for the one or two decent employees they have. I entered without a greeting because they were too busy gossiping. I went to the register and was not acknowledged at all by the cashier Briana. As I stood directly in front of her she continued her conversation with her coworkers. She then doubled down on the inconsiderate and rude behavior by then pushing the button on her head set so she could talk to her coworkers more directly instead of across the floor. When she was finally done with the b******* conversation she proceeded to take my order. I live in this area and this is the main reason people go elsewhere for better customer service and appreciation for their patronage.
