The level of attitude and disrespect that is present from the staff in this location is shocking. To add to that as a customer, I can’t sit and enjoy my coffee or work without listening to the staff yell and laugh and holler while talking with each other. As if it’s their living room Starbucks please come review this location. The attitude is unbearable.

I love this Starbucks so much and the employees, I go to Starbucks often and the employees just treat everyone with such kindness and love and always ask about your day and gives you extra treats sometimes. They always treat my friend group with kindness and my friends love going there all the time and it’s a great place to study and hangout. They prepare the drinks and food fast and it taste SO good, I get a pink drink with chocolate cold foam and they make it perfect every time and I love them so much! I totally recommend it. It’s safe and super clean! Never really loud. Love you staff!! Lee up the good and hard work. I am only 13 years old but this place always brings me joy even on a bad day

I love the attentive customer service and the store is pretty clean. There was one table out of many that required a quick wipe down but was during a time of slow hours so a table next to it was open for me and my family. Overall I enjoy the experience of ordering coffee.

I was told I had to make a purchase of $3 or more just to get a small cup of ice. Why not just charge me for the ice cup instead of telling me I had to purchase an item I clearly don't want just to get some ice.

It's a Starbucks. The service is above average and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a Starbucks.
The baristas work very hard at this location and deserve raises or better yet, a union.

Absolutely horrible service. I was disrespected and treated unfairly from the moment I walked in. It was clear I was being singled out and that is completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and even made up policies just to avoid helping. I have never been treated like this at any other location. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s discriminatory. I will not be returning. You’re better off getting coffee and pastries across the street at Whole Foods.
