Workers are very polite and nice. One issue, somebody can’t make a brown sugar shaken expresso. I ordered it once and it was no brown sugar in there (literally no sweetness). I thought, hey, maybe they are busy and was willing to give them a second chance. Ordered it a second time, different day, and again and same issue. So I gave them a 3rd chance and same issue so I am making this review so that they would make a change.

The two male employees working Sunday, June 23 morning around 10:30 am were very obnoxious and rude. The energy was very low with zero hospitality. The drinks were very watery and my drink was made incorrectly. When I told them my drink was made wrong they told me that they usually charge to add the caramel crunch topping onto the caramel ribbon Frappuccino, I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years and last time I checked the caramel crunch automatically comes with the drink unless requesting to add additional crunch which was not the case. They clearly need customer service training and perhaps additional menu training.

New Starbucks that just opened. You can smell the newness from the machines. Great attentive customer service. No complaints with my drink. I was in and out quickly.
Street parking is simply hard to find in front of the Starbucks . They've now added permit parking signs by the government streets so not sure what that's about. There's garage parking but too far away. Frequenting the businesses here may become a bit of an issue long term.

Staff super friendly, greet and thank customers coming through the door - so far seems consistent with the best Starbucks locations out there. Ordered drink through the app and everything went smoothly and on time. The space is great: intentional lighting, high ceilings with plenty of windows and ample seating for busier periods, very clean. Only gripe is that there is very limited space outside for short-term (15-30 minutes) parking without going into the Whole Foods garage. Hopefully there are plans to make the street parking more accessible to patrons. This review happened within the location’s first 2 weeks of being open; Hope they’re able to sustain level of service and atmosphere over time!
