The supervisor Andre and barista Cedrick were incredibly personable, helpful and provided excellent service. I usually do not go to Starbucks but with this experience I will be back to this specific store again and again!

I was told I had to make a purchase of $3 or more just to get a small cup of ice. Why not just charge me for the ice cup instead of telling me I had to purchase an item I clearly don't want just to get some ice.

Absolutely horrible service. I was disrespected and treated unfairly from the moment I walked in. It was clear I was being singled out and that is completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and even made up policies just to avoid helping. I have never been treated like this at any other location. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s discriminatory. I will not be returning. You’re better off getting coffee and pastries across the street at Whole Foods.

Had the apple croissant and it’s not good not just apple paste inside over priced will not buy again. Barristers are friendly and aims to make sure your drinks are to your satisfaction I really appreciate that. After school kids come in and make the store noisy otherwise very comfortable setting.

Just moved to the area and have been stopping by this Starbucks almost daily spending 5-9 dollars on a drink and a snack. Generally speaking it has been one of the better stores. Good service. Fast. What you’d expect. Today I rushed in to the store as usual and pulled on the door to get in and then realized the door was broken. I entered anyways since I had already opened the door. For some reason one of the staff felt the need to be rude and make a public point about me going through the door. I apologized and said it was an honest mistake I didn’t see.
Well now in hindsight, if it was that important to that staff to make a snarky comment, maybe he should post the sign on the outside of the door with appropriate barriers so people coming in can actually see it coming into the store.
Then again was it really necessary to be rude in the morning to your patrons?

So far this is the best Starbucks in DC. The coffee and customer service is consistently top notch. I visit here about once a week and the staff is always greeting everyone coming in and leaving. They process orders swiftly with intent. I feel like this location needs to be the example for other locations in the area to strive towards.
